This church is constituted to completely conform to the Holy Bible. Being desirous of providing a Christ-like forum for the local and international communities in Nigeria; in the fullest association with other likeminded Nigerian Churches: founded primarily upon lay support; thus offering the widest opportunity for personal participation; so as to represent a genuine realization of interdenominational love, co-operation, and understanding; at the same time testifying to a full and lively faith of Christ, in the propagation of the Gospel, we do hereby establish ourselves in Nigeria as a Christian Church, a non-profit organization, open to peoples of all races and denominations.

“But now apart from the law, the righteousness of God has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. This righteousness is given through faith of Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile,” Romans 3:21,22 The Mission of the Church is “to bring men to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ that Christ has imputed His Righteousness in them and through them make Righteousness of Christ known to the men of all faiths on the judiciary basis of Righteousness of God .”
