The Father’s Glory Awakens to Righteousness — Restored to “Daddy God-Consciousness”
Scripture:
“Have mercy upon me, O God, according to Your lovingkindness; according to the multitude of Your tender mercies, blot out my transgressions.”
Psalm 51:1 NKJV
Beloved, when David cried out in Psalm 51, he wasn’t pleading merely for forgiveness — he longed to be free from the consciousness of sin and guilt that had clouded his awareness of God. He knew that only God’s mercy could cleanse him deeply enough (vv.1–2) to restore a clean heart and a right spirit (v.10) — a renewed God-consciousness where joy and fellowship with the Father could flow again (v.12).
Beloved, today this heartfelt cry finds its perfect answer in Romans 5:17
“…much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.”
The mercy David sought — to be restored to God-consciousness — has now been fully manifested in Christ Jesus! Through His sacrifice on the Cross, we are restored not just to God-consciousness but much more — to a loving, intimate awareness of our gracious Abba Father.
As you receive the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness, your sin-consciousness fades away, and your heart awakens to the reality of His indwelling presence. You are no longer guilt-aware but Daddy God-aware — reigning in life through His righteousness.
My beloved, no matter what kind of sin you may be entangled in, or what guilt from the past may still haunt you — the Father’s Glory restores you today to Daddy God-consciousness through the abundance of grace! His grace takes you beyond your past and positions you absolutely perfect in righteousness before Him. He awakens you to the truth that you are always righteous in His sight.
This consciousness makes your prayers bold and your asking fruitful — none of your petitions will go unanswered when you stand in the awareness of His righteousness in you.
Simple Exercise for practical living:
Read through Psalm 51, and after every verse, declare:
👉 “I receive the abundance of grace.”
Take your time and don’t rush through it. You will surely experience His presence and His tender love — seeing yourself as His most favored child. 🙏
Beloved, you are always the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus!
