THE NAME OF JESUS IS MY COVENANT INHERITANCE
Scripture:
“Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Acts 2:21
The Name of Jesus is not a religious formula.
It is the expression of our covenant relationship with the risen Lord.
The Name of Jesus is a Covenant name to every believer. God answers immediately when we realise and proclaim the covenant name of Jesus.
The Spirit of Grace enlightens out understanding the power in His name. The Spirit of Intersession who lives within us, empowering us to call upon that Name with confidence.
There is a beautiful covenant partnership:
- The Holy Spirit
- The Believer
- The Name of Jesus
Whenever these three operate together, Daddy God responds.
Because you belong to Christ, His victory has become your victory.
Today’s Truth
I do not merely know about Jesus, but I know Him. He is My Jesus !
Prayer
Daddy God, thank You for making me one with Christ. Thank You that I have been given the privilege of carrying the Name of Jesus. Help me to live worthy of this glorious covenant. In Jesus’ name ! Amen
Proclamation
Jesus is my Lord.
His Name belongs to me.
I carry His authority.
I speak with boldness.
I overcome every obstacle through the Name of Jesus. Amen
