Christ in me – The Spirit of Glory
“looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
Hebrews 12:2 NKJV
Jesus endured the cross and despised the shame because He knew the joy of redeeming mankind forever. He could see His Father greatly rejoicing over His creation once again being blessed, mankind redeemed & restored forever .
The death Jesus went through, was to put a complete and forever end to the reign of Death. He abolished death through His death and brought life and immortality ( 2 Timothy 1:10). Hallelujah !
God’s purpose for your present crises is to bless you beyond you, to take you to a new level, a new ministry & to culminate in God- designed – destiny.
Have a positive mindset when you go through trials – you are not just going through it but you are growing through it !
A pregnant woman is mentally prepared to go through the “ordeal” because she knows that after the pain she will embrace her bundle of joy. Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning ( Psalm 30:5). Your sorrows shall be turned into joy & your mourning into dancing ( John 16:20; Psalm 30:11)
Remember , after the cross you are the Boss , after the shame you will have a name , after the pain there is always a gain in Jesus name ! Amen 🙏
