Beholding Jesus enwraps you in His favor to walk in victory!

“He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.” Psalms‬ ‭23‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The Holy Spirit’s primary ministry is to reveal JESUS to the world that He is the Saviour and to the believers that He is our Jehovah T’sidkenu ( Righteousness). Hallelujah !

Yes my beloved ! The Holy Spirit is not here to condemn you but rather He is here to convince you that you are righteous because God has dealt all our sins on the body of Jesus- whether of the past or present or the future. We are completely forgiven & declared righteous on account of the sacrifice of Jesus!

Your ability to receive His Favor lies on the  full assurance that all your sins are forgiven completely!
 
The inability to walk in the Spirit is because we don’t understand that it takes His favor to walk in the Spirit ,to walk in confidence & to walk in divine health. His favor is fully appropriated in the assurance that all our sins are forgiven.

Therefore, my precious friend ! Your acceptance of the above truth and continuous confession that you are the Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus will enwrap you with His favor. His favor works as a shield against all attacks (Psalm 5:8,12).
Be favor conscious by speaking that He is your righteousness to walk in victory today! Amen 🙏

Beholding Jesus the Shepherd causes His righteousness to excel us!

“He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.” Psalms‬ ‭23‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The Psalmist testifies his experience of being led by the Shepherd, in the paths of righteousness, which equipped him to walk with God even during troublous and challenging times, trusting Him that He who has begun the good work in him, will complete it. God is faithful & will never fail.

Yes, my beloved, the Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus will equip you to walk in the Spirit, fulfilling His will in your life. The Forever- Holy Spirit’s ministry in a believer’s life is based on the right doing ( Righteousness) of the Lord Jesus Christ- our Great Shepherd! The Holy Spirit will never leave you because Jesus paid & over paid to usher in God’s eternal redemption that causes every blessing into fruition- to experience & enjoy this day and this week in Jesus Name!

Therefore my beloved, I join our great Shepherd and release every blessing upon your life through the unstoppable Power of the Holy Spirit in Jesus name !

Beholding Jesus walk in the paths of Righteousness!

“He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” Psalms‬ ‭23‬:‭3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Righteousness is the cure or the antidote for sin. Sin means missing the mark or the standard. 2 Corinthians 5:21 gives us one of the most powerful solutions to all our struggles. “For God made Jesus who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Christ.” Amen!

The divine exchange took place – Jesus, pure and fully righteous became sin so that we who are sinners and are having sin nature might become the righteousness of God. The Holy Spirit leads us into this kind of Righteousness. It’s God’s kind of Righteousness and not human right doing nor human goodness.

Secondly, the promise verse states He leads me in the “Paths of Righteousness “. Please note it’s “paths” and not “path”. I am reminded of an old proverb, ‘All roads lead to Rome’ meaning all choices, methods, or actions eventually should lead to the same result. So also, each one’s different problems and their approach to bring solutions may be different, yet all these should culminate in “His Righteousness”.

Just as in a hospital, there may be different departments such as cardiology, urology, neurology and so on & yet the ultimate focus & the purpose of all such means & pursuit is to make the patient to experience “Good health”.

My beloved, you may be going through different problems yet all you need to hold on to is the confession, “ I am the Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus” 2 Corinthians 5:21.
Hold on to this confession feverishly even though at times it may seem as if you are just saying a mantra, yet what you are doing is simply obeying the Holy Spirit who is the Blessed One forever, bringing in you the forever-blessing, healing & deliverance which is His Righteousness! Amen 🙏

Beholding Jesus the Shepherd is to experience His righteousness.

“He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake.” Psalms‬ ‭23‬:‭3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

My beloved, walking in the path of Righteousness is saying, “I can’t but You can”, “Lead me O Lord as it pleases You”, when you feel that you have come to the wits end.

Faith is not feeling but feeling will later on follow Faith.
Faith is not “ I know” rather Faith is entering into “The Unknown” where your feeling may speak contrary even causing doubts, fears and anxiety expressing their serious concerns ..” What if it is no so?” .. “Do you have a Plan B if it fails?”

Faith is not ’what’ I believe rather ’whom’ I believe (2 Timothy 1:12).

David made God as his Shepherd. He started to relate with Him in all things – whether significant or not. He started to pour out to God his Shepherd, all he felt, all he thought,all his aspirations, apprehensions and then the blessed Holy Spirit directed him. He was the last born in his family but God made him the First Citizen of the country. Truly, truly , it is amazing  !

My beloved, God who is known as JESUS, is the True and the only Good Shepherd. He gave His life for you and God raised Him from the dead, never to die. Make Him your Saviour, your Shepherd, your Righteousness and you will never be ashamed. He will never fail you. JUST TRUST HIM! Give Him the access and the control of your life and He will make your life beautiful, bountiful and admirable! Amen 🙏

Beholding Jesus the Shepherd is experiencing His righteousness.

“He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake.” Psalms‬ ‭23‬:‭3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Walking in the path of His righteousness means making a wilful choice to be led by His Holy Spirit, even though it may be a humble beginning. But the latter end will be far more glorious than what anyone can imagine!

Walking in the path of righteousness means making the obedience of Jesus to God as my only basis to receive right things from God in a rightful way at the right time.

Walking in the path of righteousness means, though challenges may come in my life or obstacles hinder my rightful success, yet His righteousness will administer justice and bring me to God’s Rehoboth where I emerge as an unparalleled and unchallenged personality or candidate for the task which is exclusively cut out for me.

_Do you believe that God can do this for you through His Shepherd called Jesus today _?
Yes I believe! Make Him your Righteousness and you will never fail though you may experience some shake ups as you walk in the path of righteousness.
You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus! Amen 🙏

Beholding Jesus the Shepherd and experiencing His providence!

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭23‬:‭1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Beloved, there shall be no lack in your life from this day forth in Jesus name !
David, the man after God’s heart, spoke these words out of his own experience. He was the last born of his family and he was given the responsibility of shepherding the flock.

He made sure that the sheep in his care were properly cared for without any lack even though they were just a few in number.

As he began his role as a shepherd, he realised that God Himself was shepherding him. Whenever he personally had any lack, he looked up to God and related himself with Him as a little sheep. This Psalm was written as a result of his personal experience with God as his own Shepherd.

Yes my dear Friend! Even today God wants to be the Shepherd of your life. For this reason, He sent His Son Jesus . Jesus is the true and the Good Shepherd! 

_Cast all your burdens and all the cares of life including those pressing needs, upon Jesus because He cares for you. Tell Him that you can’t but He can. You can be even bolder by telling Him that He is responsible for all your needs just as David was responsible for the sheep in his care. God loves to hear that He is entrusted with this responsibility to address all your lack and He will diligently & abundantly supply these needs in style beyond your wildest imagination in Jesus name _! Amen 🙏

Beholding Jesus is experiencing Jesus as your Savior & the Shepherd today!

“But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.”
‭‭John‬ ‭10‬:‭2‬-‭3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The relationship between the shepherd and the sheep is intimate and personal. He knows the sheep by name and the sheep is graced to hear the voice of its shepherd.

So also, the Lord Jesus who is the Good Shepherd knows you by your name. He will call you by that name of yours that you alone know. He relates with you personally and intimately.

My beloved, you are special to Jesus and you can hear His voice that is so gentle and caring. His one whisper can take away loads of burdens off your shoulders . Yes my beloved, if you choose to make Jesus as your Shepherd and give Him full control, He will guide your life so amazingly in the Path of Righteousness & Abundance, that will surprise you.

Before He is your Shepherd, He is your Saviour first of all. The Good Shepherd gave His life that you may have everlasting life.

As we come to the end of this week, let us make a definite call to receive Him both as the Saviour and the Shepherd of our lives. His gentle voice will silence every noise of boisterous wind & the waves that troubles you. Amen 🙏

Beholding Jesus is experiencing the Power of His Everlasting Covenant!

“Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭13‬:‭20‬-‭21‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Last month we looked into the need to know His will and I encouraged you to pray on the same line as Apostle Paul prayed for the Colossians ( Colossians 1:9).

In this month, the Lord Jesus our Great Shepherd leads you in doing His will. Hallelujah!

How does it happen? Through the Blood of the Everlasting Covenant. What is it? It is a Heavenly Covenant ( Agreement) between the Lord Jesus, God the Father and the Eternal Spirit, that if Jesus sheds His Blood ( as a payment for the sins of mankind) then, God the Father through the Holy Spirit will redeem mankind from sin and work in the redeemed what is best for him/ her and make him/ her complete and excellent in their field of occupation that God had called, so that the world will marvel.

This is truly amazing ! God calls everyone . But not all respond. However those who respond are no match to the wise, the noble, the strong and the highly accomplished ones in the world.
But, the working of the Blood of the Everlasting covenant makes the weakest, the most foolish and the least ones, to the level that even the strongest and the wisest cannot achieve but only marvel ! Amen 🙏

Yes, this is your portion today as His sheep because of the precious blood of the Everlasting Covenant of the Great Shepherd!

Beholding Jesus is experiencing the God of peace in your life!

“Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭13‬:‭20‬-‭21‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The God of peace who raised up our Lord Jesus from the dead, grants you this day His everlasting peace. Such peace which the world can’t give nor can take it away. Hallelujah!

When things were completely uncertain and utterly hopeless among the believers, at the death of Jesus, the God of peace put an end to all chaos & uncertainty and raised up our Lord Jesus against all expectations & against all odds.
Even so this day, against all expectations, against all odds, this same God of peace will show up and put an end to all uncertainties and grant you peace within you and all around you. He is the Great Shepherd who makes you to rest beside favourable surroundings and peaceful people in Jesus name.
His precious Blood cleanses you from all iniquities and perfects you in every good work.

My beloved, allow the Shepherd of your soul to direct you this day in the affairs of your life and experience His peace that is beyond all understanding.
His Blood has made you righteous forever. Rejoice! Amen 🙏
