Behold Jesus the Light of the world In His Word and experience life forever more !

“My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭4‬:‭20‬-‭22‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The wise King Solomon was taught the secret of success : keeping the word of God in the center of his life.

Many among us seek after blessing, health and life. However, all we need to seek after is His word. His Word is blessing. His Word is healing. His Word is life.

Beloved of the Lord, every morning and every evening pray that the Holy Spirit may put a deep driving desire to seek His word.
Open the Holy Scriptures and ask the Holy Spirit to give you “the Word” for that day. When He shows you, keep it in the midst of your heart the rest of the day and your life will never be the same.  Amen 🙏

Behold Jesus the Light of the World and experience restoration of all things !

“So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, The crawling locust, The consuming locust, And the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you. You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, And praise the name of the Lord your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; And My people shall never be put to shame. Then you shall know that I am in the midst of Israel:  I am the Lord your God And there is no other. My people shall never be put to shame.”  Joel‬ ‭2‬:‭25‬-‭27‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

What an awesome prophetic declaration of restoration of the wasted years and superabundance when God becomes our focus – our only focus in life!

The Holy Spirit revealed through Prophet Joel that the years of loss and destruction that the people of Israel suffered both individually and collectively, will surely be restored wondrously when they make God as their only focus for salvation and help.

What is also very interesting is that the Prophet ensured God’s people that they shall never be ashamed. This is only possible when God becomes their T’sidkenu ( Righteousness).  Apostle Paul makes this clear in Romans 9:33 explaining through the Holy Spirit that this Jehovah God is Jesus our T’sidkenu. Hallelujah!

Yes my beloved, when you behold Jesus the Light of the world ( which in context means Righteousness) and keep Him as the Apple of your eyes, you will experience the restoration of all your losses and wasted years. You will also walk with your head lifted high in honour and dignity in Jesus name !

Remember always that Jesus is your true and forever righteousness. You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus !  Amen 🙏

Behold Jesus the Light of the World and experience the peak of your life!

“Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, “Peace be with you.”  And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit.” ‭‭John‬ ‭20‬:‭19‬, ‭22‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

GOD loves to be in the center of our lives. The disciples of the Lord Jesus were fear stricken and locked themselves indoors and Jesus stepped in their midst and spoke peace . It dispelled all fears and the Holy Spirit enlightened their understanding to comprehend the Scriptures ( Luke 24:45).

When Jesus becomes preeminent in your life, His Presence fills your whole being and His Peace that surpasses all understanding overflows like a river and His Power permeates through your soul into your body.

Yes my beloved, making Jesus the epicentre of your life will take you to the center stage in career , profession , business , academics and so on in Jesus name .  Amen 🙏

Behold Jesus the Light of the World and experience divine direction in life !

“and Jehovah God causeth to sprout from the ground every tree desirable for appearance, and good for food, and the tree of life in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭2‬:‭9‬ ‭YLT98‬‬
“And the woman saith unto the serpent, ‘Of the fruit of the trees of the garden we do eat, and of the fruit of the tree which [is] in the midst of the garden God hath said, Ye do not eat of it, nor touch it, lest ye die.’”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭3‬:‭2‬-‭3‬ ‭YLT98‬‬

It is interesting to note that God saw the tree of life in the midst of the garden of Eden whereas the woman saw the tree of knowledge of good and evil in the midst of the garden.
What God saw in the midst of the garden which is the tree of life is undoubtedly true & right. It couldn’t be otherwise. But then what about Eve’s claim about the tree of Knowledge & evil being in the midst of the garden?
Eve’s mind was first of all drawn towards the tree of knowledge of good & evil and then she began to see it in the midst which was her center of attraction.
Before any temptation is shot at us, first of all the devil devices a strategy to change our focus from the purpose & the calling of God in our lives.

My beloved, What occupies your mind ? What is your focus in life ? What is the center of attraction of your life? When Jesus becomes your focus & the center of your life, He shall satisfy every other need & desire of your life even without you asking for it by exceeding your expectations.

David himself testified of this truth stating that surely goodness and mercy shall follow him all the days of his life because the focus of his mind and the center of his heart is set on the Lord who is his shepherd. ( Psalm 23)

Following Jesus means setting our minds (focus) on Jesus, the Light of the world who will enlighten our hearts and minds to be steadfast in the predestined pursuit of life by clearing all unwanted clutter. Amen 🙏

Behold Jesus the Light of the World and experience divine power to choose good!

“She said, “No one, Lord.” And Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.” Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭8‬:‭11‬-‭12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Jesus is the Lamb of God who took away our sins.
Jesus is the Light of the world who not only doesn’t condemn us but also gives us the power not to sin.  Hallelujah!

This power to choose the right was lost when our first parents chose the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

When we receive Jesus into our lives, He becomes our light & He also becomes in us the radiating light of God that expels every dark area of our lives . Amen 🙏

My beloved, whatever is your area of weakness that hasn’t allowed you to progress and prosper in life, the strength of His light will reign in you and through you, expelling every weakness today.
The Power of the Light of His word will reign through you this week.

Jesus’ Righteousness is the Light in you that possesses every blessing of God. Your confession that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus is an open declaration of your rightful claim of every blessing of God .
You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus . Every blessing of God is rightfully yours in Jesus name . Amen 🙏

Behold Jesus the Light of the World and experience divine order!

“The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭1‬:‭2‬-‭4‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Just imagine of a scenario where your good clothes in the wardrobe are all mixed up with the soiled ones, or imagine a room where the trash is scattered all across the room. What do you call that ? A mess! Total chaos!!

There was a time in history , the earth was in a mess & there was darkness & chaos. God spoke light to it and the Spirit of God brought a divine order. That’s the story of creation!

Even so, when Jesus the Light of the world enters into our lives, all our mess will be turned into a message to the praise of the glory of His Name! His righteousness ( right doing) puts all things in such divine order in our lives which is even beyond our wildest imagination .

Just as God divided the light from darkness so also , when Jesus comes into our lives, God separates us from all undesirable and unproductive associations (The righteous chooses his friends carefully -Proverbs 12:26) .

Yes my beloved , look up to ( behold) Jesus the Light of the world and your life will never be the same.  Amen 🙏

Behold Jesus the Light of the World and experience true freedom !

“Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭8‬:‭12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Light expels darkness and at the same time guides us. Jesus is the true light. Where Jesus is, there is no darkness.  When we follow Jesus, we can never stumble, never fail, never backslide ( rather we will slide back to God).

When we walk in God’s kind of righteousness, we will be far from oppression, fear and terror. Our children will be taught by the Lord. Every scheme of the evil one will be thwarted by God Himself because Jesus is our Light.

His Word is light unto my path and lamp unto my feet . He casted out demons by His word. He Himself is the Word of light!
Every one who embraces His Word of light, the Word of Light will expel the darkness out of him and will exalt him to the highest level.

When we carry the Bible ( Word) in us, the Bible ( Word) will carry us!  Amen 🙏

Behold Jesus the Lamb and live forever!

“Therefore God also has highly exalted Him ( Jesus ) and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,  to the glory of God the Father.”Philippians‬ ‭2‬:‭9‬-‭11‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The Lamb of God is Lord overall !

The Word of God humbled Himself and became human. His name is Jesus. He grew in wisdom and stature, favour with men and favour with God during His earthly sojourn.

When He was around 30 years of age, He humbled Himself to be baptized in water *that was meant for sinners ( even though in Him was no sin & He committed no sins), *for He identified Himself with us so that we could be identified with His righteousness.

When He overcame the devil in the wilderness when tempted, we thought that He would be crowned as King, instead God through John the Baptist, introduced Him as the Lamb of God to take away all the sins of the world so that the whole world would be saved. He humbled Himself to be crowned with thorns to take away all our mental agonies & by hanging on a tree He took our curses including all generational curses.

He truly was the Lamb of God slain and lain in the tomb, dying our death. He went to hell and destroyed the devil and delivered all who were held captive by the devil.

God raised Him on the 3rd day from the dead, never to die again and to grant us Life everlasting to live with Him forever!
Therefore, Jesus the Lamb of God is Lord overall!!! Hallelujah!!

My beloved, as we end this month, just behold this Lamb who is now the Lord. In beholding Him you will be completely healed, totally delivered and will experience new life. You are a new creation, old things have passed away. You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus !  Amen 🙏

Prayer : Father , I am humbled by your love. You sent your only begotten son to us and made us as your sons and daughters. Please enlighten our eyes of understanding to always see Jesus especially when we read the Scriptures in Jesus name.  Amen 🙏

Behold Jesus the Lamb and be enlightened!

Now when she ( Mary) had said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, and did not know that it was Jesus. Jesus said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?” She, supposing Him to be the gardener, said to Him, “Sir, if You have carried Him away, tell me where You have laid Him, and I will take Him away.”John‬ ‭20‬:‭14‬-‭15‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Mary saw Jesus but she did not know that it was Jesus. If this was her experience, it can very much be ours as well even today. But, God is impartial and unbiased to reveal Himself to everyone who seeks Him. We fail miserably to recognize Him often times.

I wonder as to how many times Jesus would have appeared to us in our everyday walk on this earth, where we would have been oblivious, lost in our own world where the cares of life , deceitfulness of riches and desire for other things eclipse both the Blesser and the blessing.

Mary sought Jesus and she saw Jesus and still did not know it was Jesus. We too may be seeking for a blessing and see the blessing we sought for and yet not know what we are seeing is our own blessing. What else can be more pitiful?

Prayer : Holy Father, I pray that you grant me the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Jesus the Lamb so that my spiritual eyes of understanding be enlightened to see my blessing which is already before me in Jesus name.  Amen 🙏

Behold Jesus the Lamb and encash your blessings!

“that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know  what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭1‬:‭17‬-‭19‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

This is the prayer we offer every day.

According to New Testament “Faith” is to know what we already have. Believers in the New Testament are advised and instructed to seek in order to know what God has already blessed us with(_ “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,”. ‭‭_ Ephesians‬ ‭1‬:‭3‬ ‭).

Our natural feelings and natural sight are based on facts and figures which cannot be allowed to dictate our lives rather we train them to align with the truth .

How do we train our natural senses? By allowing the Holy Spirit to give us fresh insight into what Jesus Christ has already done. He earned our blessings through His perfect obedience to the Father, all throughout his life on earth. This obedience had its culmination at the Cross where He died our death, became our curse & was punished for all our sins. This is the Truth!

Now that the full price has been paid by Jesus the Lamb of God, we ask God the Father to reveal to us Jesus through the Spirit of wisdom and revelation. When we see/perceive Him, the blessing that we were seeking after will suddenly become a reality.  Amen 🙏

We are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus !
