Grace for you today !
Christ in me – The Spirit of Glory
“Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;”
I Peter 1:13 NKJV
When you pray to God , any of the four mentioned below could be the answer :
1. Yes
2. No
3. Wait , it is not the right time yet
4. Yes, but not the way you think
My beloved, disappointments and hurts can arise when we aren’t willing to accept 2/3/4 of the above as the answer.
We aren’t willing to accept “No” for an answer, not realising that God has something far better than what we desire or deserve.
Bitterness can spring up when someone is preferred before me, when God is actually working something more wonderful for me in the background and we aren’t willing to wait.
The fourth one is still more complex. God says yes but not the way we think! This could be mind blowing & it calls for a mind renewal and transformation.
When Moses was 40, it came to his heart to visit his brethren, the children of Israel to deliver them from their slavery and usher them to their God given destiny. He killed an Egyptian to deliver an Israelite. “For he supposed that his brethren would have understood that God would deliver them by his hand, but they did not understand.”Acts 7:25 .
The issue was that he did not understand the way God would use him to deliver. It took another 40 years to unwind his mind and allow God to reprogram his mind for the great task.
Yes my beloved, no one can steal the blessing on which your name is written by God Himself . Learn to let go and release your past and receive fresh grace for today. Be mentally geared up to receive what He has for you this day. His choice is the best & We can never ever better His best! Amen 🙏
