The Spirit of Glory dwells in you, revealing the New You!
“But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you…”
Romans 8:9 (NKJV)
Beloved,
Let us now summarise our understanding on this month’s teaching on “ You are in the Spirit” into two major points:
1. The Reality of the Indwelling Spirit
2. The Expression of the New You
The foundation of the New You is this: the Spirit of God dwells in you.
But this reality begins at a definite moment when you are born again by accepting Jesus as your Lord and Saviour.
The result is:
• Your spirit is recreated
• You become a new creation
• The Holy Spirit comes to dwell in you permanently
The indwelling Spirit is not earned by effort or maturity rather by simply believing Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour of your life_.
This is not symbolic. This is not occasional. This is permanent reality.
You are no longer defined by the flesh—your weaknesses, past, or natural limitations. You are now defined by the Spirit. The life of God has become your life.
The indwelling Spirit means:
• You carry God’s presence everywhere you go
• You are never alone or helpless
• You have divine life, wisdom, and power within you
Christianity is not trying to reach God—it is God living in you beginning from the moment you are born again.
This changes everything:
• Your identity → You are spiritual, not carnal
• Your capacity → You can live above sin, fear, and limitation
• Your relationship → You relate with God as Your Daddy who is within, not far away
You don’t need to struggle to become spiritual—you already are spiritual because the Spirit dwells in you.
🙏 Prayer
Abba Father, I thank You for saving me through Jesus Christ. Thank You that I am born again and Your Spirit dwells in me.
Help me to live with the awareness of Your presence within me daily.
Let Your life in me find full expression in everything I do.

I live above sin, fear, and limitation.
