“Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith;”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭3:8-9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The true righteousness of God is found in Jesus Christ. No one can have right standing with God without Jesus. Paul, the Apostle was enlightened with this truth by the Holy Spirit. This truth applies to each one of us today. The knowledge of Jesus Christ alone makes us righteous in the sight of God. Such knowledge is revealed by the Holy Spirit and not acquired by any other means.

There is a huge difference between knowing Christ and knowing about Christ.
I may know about the Honourable President of this country through social media and by other means, yet I may not know him personally. If I know him personally, I will have access to him and it also gives me an identity and great privileges . So also , when the Holy Spirit reveals Christ to us in a personal way , we have an unshakeable identity and great authority and accordingly our prayer life is revolutionised .

My beloved , may the blessed Holy Spirit reveal Jesus to us and let that knowledge of Jesus Christ revolutionise our lives this week . Amen 🙏

“When He had said these things, He spat on the ground and made clay with the saliva; and He anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay.”
‭‭John‬ ‭9:6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

God works in ways that may seem very foolish and even uncivilised to human minds.
Can you imagine someone spitting his saliva on the ground and making clay with it to apply on the blind eyes for a miracle ?

Divine logic is most of the times illogical & foolishness to human minds.
Prophet’s simple instruction to dip in the river Jordan seven times provoked Naaman the leper, so much so that he almost lost the Divine moment for his miracle.
Angel’s message to Zechariah that he would become a father in his old age was questioned which brought a temporary judgement that made him dumb .

My beloved, the truth of the matter is that God wants to heal every one of us through whatever way He sovereignly chooses. But our biased mind set which is scripturally known as unbelief, greatly hinders Him and even frustrates Him. That’s why truly our minds first of all need healing before any other part of our body or soul.

O LORD , please apply the clay and make my day ! Amen 🙏

“And His disciples asked Him, saying, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?””
‭‭John‬ ‭9:2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Most of us are so sin conscious that the first thought that comes to our mind when someone is suffering from an ailment is “who sinned” that has resulted in this suffering ?

We wish to figure out who is responsible for the problem rather than knowing what is the way forward . Also, the question asked by the disciples was senseless in a way because *how can a man sin even before his birth *?

My beloved , our God is always the
“way – forward -awesome -God. Even today , He is interested in restoring every loss , healing every wound , setting right every irreparable loss through the knowledge of His Son – Christ Jesus! Amen 🙏

“Now as Jesus passed by, He saw a man who was blind from birth.”
‭‭John‬ ‭9:1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“Jesus saw “.. this is what we really want.
Every time He saw something or someone intently , a miracle was birthed immediately . Hallelujah!

Here is a man blind from his birth , never saw anything in his life . As a result , his life was that of a beggar . He was living at the mercy of others, begging for alms. No one ever cared for him . No one even took notice of him. “Irreparable” – that was the forgone conclusion.

But the day Jesus saw him, his life was transformed completely . His sight was restored instantly. He began to see for the first time . What a wonder ! He became the talk of the town .

My beloved , it takes just one look of Jesus at you . The irreparable issues of your life will stand repaired instantly. This week expect this same Jesus to set right everything that is faulty concerning your life even those things that include faulty DNA resulting in congenital anomalies. This is your miracle week! Amen 🙏

“Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭40:28, 31‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Waiting on the Lord means expecting the Everlasting or the Eternal One to step into time. People say that Time is the best healer . What does that mean ? It means that the Eternal One has stepped into time and has caused the desired healing . Time in itself doesn’t heal but the One who steps into time brings the healing.

My beloved , Jesus is the Everlasting God ,He is the Eternal One . Whenever He was invited , people were healed , delivered , set free and restored . Even today , when He steps in, the raging storm becomes calm, the demon possessed are found in sound mind & Lazarus comes out of the tomb. Hallelujah!

Let’s invite Him into our doldrums of today & see a turnaround! Amen 🙏

Waiting helps you to understand your God . Waiting prepares you to run ahead of your contemporaries just like Elijah who ran faster than the chariots.

During waiting , you may seem to deplete in numbers but actually you increase in strength and your character is refined.

During waiting , you begin to appreciate the true value of Jesus in your life so much so that He becomes preeminent over everything else .

During waiting, you will get to know your true friends who will stand with you at all times.

Seeming delays prepare you to receive blessings beyond your expectation. Amen 🙏

“Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus. So, when He heard that he was sick, He stayed two more days in the place where He was.” John 11:5-6 NKJV

Let me shorten the above verse : “ Now Jesus loved them, so He stayed back two more days ..”
This seems weird. How can one love and still remain quiet or stay back without reacting or responding to a dire need?

We may not fully comprehend this paradox . However, one thing is very clear that God loves you in spite of every seeming delay in the fulfilment of His promise in your life.

Also , His love always does the very best for you , much beyond your widest imagination. Why should you then worry as though God has forgotten you? Why should you imagine the most improbable to happen to you? What makes you think that Gods is ticked off ?

My Beloved, constantly feed yourself with His unconditional love & your hope will not be cut off. Return to rest O precious soul, for His love has dealt bountifully with you! Amen 🙏.

Lazarus was very sick and was at the point of death. His sisters sent word to the Lord Jesus , desperately requesting Him to come ASAP .
But Lord Jesus, stayed back 2 more days despite their plea. During this time , Lazarus passed on. It looks like the delay cost Lazarus his dear life .

However , time is a subset of Eternity and can never dictate to and overrule Eternity. Delays are reversed when Jesus walks in .
My beloved , this week you will experience the reversal of all your delays and the good Lord will cause restoration & shower His blessings upon you. Amen 🙏

Christ’s Glory Our Excellence!

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,”
‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭10:4-5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The basis of our spiritual warfare is the obedience of Christ .
*We constantly need to remind ourselves that Christ’s obedience to God has made us righteous before God *.
Our mind which is the battle ground , is often bombarded with weird negative thoughts. Sadly people succumb to such thoughts of condemnation , hopelessness ,despair and defeat and some are even pushed to the point of death .

But if we bring our thoughts in subjection to Christ’s obedience on our behalf that made us righteous ( right standing with God ) and confess – “ I am made righteous through the obedience of Christ and not by my own obedience “ , we will experience deliverance from all oppression which tries to enslave us .

This confession will take us to believe that we are victorious , healed by His stripes , made righteous forever & saved by grace . Amen 🙏
