“A lion has roared! Who will not fear? The Lord GOD has spoken! Who can but prophesy?”
‭‭Amos‬ ‭3:8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
“The wicked flee when no one pursues, But the righteous are bold as a lion.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭28:1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

One of the sure evidences of having received the gift of prophecy is boldness. Prophet Amos spelt it out clearly. Prophetic utterance is compared to the roaring of a lion. Praise Jesus ! No school nor behaviour modification can produce this boldness. It takes the Mighty Holy Spirit !

When you receive this gift, you will proclaim instead of praying or pleading. That’s the uniqueness of the gift of prophecy.
I believe that this gift is graciously given by the Holy Spirit to all especially to those suffering from panic attacks, sudden fear , intimidation and depression. Simply because God specialises in in what is impossible with man .

Another important truth is that only the righteous can be as bold as lion at all times.
None can be bold at all times unless the person firmly believes & is established in the Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus . Great prophets had terrifying moments of fear gripping them because they slipped into self righteousness , moved from grace to performance, from the basis of Jesus’ obedience to their own obedience.
Always confess that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus and passionately desire the gift of Prophecy. You will be as bold as lion 24*7 ….declaring with authority the things which must come to pass and it will come to pass instantly. Amen 🙏

“When they came there to the hill, there was a group of prophets to meet him (Saul); then the Spirit of God came upon him, and he prophesied among them. And it happened, when all who knew him formerly saw that he indeed prophesied among the prophets, that the people said to one another, “What is this that has come upon the son of Kish? Is Saul also among the prophets?””
‭‭I Samuel‬ ‭10:10-11‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Saul was the first king of Israel . There were no royal traits or lineage of kingship found in him . He was from the tribe of Benjamin , considered to be the least among all the tribes of Israel. He didn’t go to any Business school nor did he obtain any Management training, yet God chose him to be the first king of the great nation Israel, by sheer Grace. Wow !
This king Saul meets a group of prophets and the Holy Spirit comes upon him and he began to prophesy- the chief gift of prophecy manifested causing him to reign as a King . Amazing ! The prophetic gift that manifested puzzled everyone as to how an ordinary man become a prophet and eventually a king?How oft times man sees things so very different from how God sees!
My beloved , the secret behind the success of everyone- be it a student or a house wife or a business person or a professional or an ordinary worker – is nothing but the Gift of Prophecy !
We separate the spiritual endowment from secular advancement , thinking these two are opposites without correlation ( mutually exclusive). But the truth of the matter is that, it’s the spiritual charisma that can successfully drive one into their secular advancement.
Speaking in tongues takes you into the Gift of Prophecy ! Remember, the Lord Jesus paid the price fully at the Calvary . This qualifies you for these precious gifts that steer you into success! Amen 🙏

“For with stammering lips and another tongue He will speak to this people, To whom He said, “This is the rest with which You may cause the weary to rest,” And, “This is the refreshing”; Yet they would not hear.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭28:11-12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The word “REST” in the above passage in Hebrew is “MENUCHAH”. It means “ Rest from enemies , comfort , resting place , permanent , settlement , peace beyond understanding , freedom from wandering , restoration….
All of us are yearning for this. Rest from toils , hard labours, drugs , addictions & torments.
The Lord Jesus promised saying , “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭11:28‬ ‭. He accomplished this Rest for us as He hung on the Cross and cried out , “ IT IS FINISHED”.
He put an end to all human agony and all human misery. Even this day we can go to Him with all our burdens and find Rest . His Rest comes to us as we speak in tongues .

My sister who is presently a Pastor in Chennai gave me an expansion of REST =
Remember Ever Speaking (in) Tongues .

“To whom He said, “This is the rest with which You may cause the weary to rest,” And, “This is the refreshing”; Yet they would not hear.” Isaiah‬ ‭28:12‬ ‭NKJV
‬‬“And Esau said to Jacob, “Please feed me with that same red stew, for I am weary.” Therefore his name was called Edom.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭25:30‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

God causes the weary to rest by causing them to speak in tongues . What is it to be “weary “? – To faint , famished , parched , point of losing hope or giving into temptation or giving up.

Many of our wrong decisions in life are because of the discouragement or discontentment . Giving into temptation is because of lacking mental persuasion.
Esau sold his birthright , Saul lost his kingdom, Samson lost his power / glory – all these are illustrations of weariness resulting in blunders.

To those who have lost or those who are lost – God’s solemn promise is His Holy Spirit and the gift of speaking in tongues which is a sure remedy causing the weary to rest .
My beloved , there is still great hope for you! What you have lost , you will regain much more than the loss . Simply begin to speak in tongues ……you will find your REST! Amen 🙏

Are you getting stressed out in the place of work or at home ? Is the stress to perform constantly eating your mental peace ? Stress , anxiety, fear, panic attacks not only rob our peace but often show on our health . Many of the physical ailments are due to stress or fear or guilt . These work at the root level of problems, unseen to human observation yet seen in the form of disease or some kind of disorder which is an offshoot.

God given rest that works through speaking in tongues is the only antidote that not only deals at the root but also brings holistic healing and deliverance .

The power of speaking in tongues brings about an aggressive peace which Philippians 4:7 says as “ peace that passes all understanding” which has the ability to guard our hearts and minds from all the attacks of the devil . Amen 🙏

Keep confessing that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus and aggressively speak in the God-given heavenly tongues . You will find great rest & glorious refreshing! Hallelujah!!

“For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.””
‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:15‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

To some people, God is an image or symbol to create fear in the hearts of the disobedient and the arrogant and the proud. Whereas some people , when they are hurt or betrayed or put down, pronounce curse using the name God saying , “ God will punish you “ to get even.

However, if only the love of Christ which was manifested full blown at the Cross, is revealed , even the most wretched sinner will surely repent . Repentance is not by threat but by sacrificial love .
This is the True gospel that remains unparalleled throughout all times & generations. The only Person who makes this great love of Jesus so real & so tangible in our lives is the Holy Spirit .

My beloved , if you are battling with family issues that are still unaddressed , just ask God to fill you with the Holy Spirit and begin to speak in tongues .
Speaking in tongues is speaking love to the most wretched, speaking grace to the most unworthy, speaking healing to the badly hurting soul , speaking blessing to those who are hopeless & utterly devastated who think that they can never succeed .

This is God’s sure word of promise – Speak in Tongues & see miracles! Amen 🙏.

‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:14-15‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The Holy Spirit is given to us as the Gift of God. God the Father promised the Lord Jesus that He will pour out the Holy Spirit on us, provided the Lord Jesus could give His life as a ransom for the remission of all our sins.
The Lord lived in complete obedience to the Father’s will and died the death on the Cross exactly according to God’s purpose. God raised the Lord Jesus from the dead and made Him to be seated at His right hand and glorified Him by pouring out the Holy Spirit.

Today the Holy Spirit has come upon us . He has come to establish a relationship between us and God – a relationship of Father and Son / Daughter.
A true realisation of this truth will surely transform our prayer life . Prayer will become a pleasure . Prayer will no longer be an exercise rather prayer will be an expression of each others feelings and thoughts . It’s a dialogue and never a monologue. It’s two way communication and never one way. The Holy Spirit makes us to experience this as a living reality ! Amen 🙏
As we begin this week, let’s desire the Holy Spirit , who alone can revolutionise our relationship with God as the one between Father and Child and not as master and slave .

“However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.”
‭‭John‬ ‭16:13‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The Holy Spirit is both a Teacher and a Guide . He teaches us all things and guides us into all truth ( as mentioned above )
A Teacher can give you instructions but it’s the Guide who takes you through it step by step . A Teacher gives you the knowledge of
“what “ but a Guide gives you an experience of the “How”.
In essence , a Teacher can provide you the theoretical knowledge, but it’s the Guide who can provide the practical application.
Isn’t it amazing that the Holy Spirit is not just a Teacher , instructing us to love one another, but He is also an amazing Guide to help us as to how to love one another . This experience of being taught & guided by Him is just superb !
That’s why Apostle Paul said , “ If you are led by the Holy Spirit , you are not under the
law“ (Galatians 5:18 ) . Because, the law can provide you a set of rules but it is the Holy Spirit who will take you beyond the expectation & the demands of the law . Amen

‬ “Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.”
‭‭John‬ ‭16:7‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The Holy Spirit is the Unlimited Version of Jesus Christ . That is why the Lord Jesus said that it will be to our advantage that He goes away and sends the Holy Spirit .
The disciples were with Jesus for over 3 years during His earthly ministry. However, the descent of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost, dramatically changed the lives of the disciples and that too instantly .
The Holy Spirit makes all the difference in one’s life. We are limited but He is unlimited . We can’t but He can . If you struggle in the place of work , in your business , concerning your children , your spouse , your career or any other walk of life , the Holy Spirit alone can make the difference & cause victory.

My beloved, remember that the righteous acts of Jesus Christ have qualified you to receive the Holy Spirit .
Invite Him , ask God to fill you with the Holy Spirit, causing you to speak His heavenly language. Your life will never be the same again. Amen 🙏
