Grace For You Today!
Knowing the Father of Glory leads me to experience His Righteousness!
“And if Christ is not risen, then our preaching is empty and your faith is also empty… And if Christ is not risen, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins.”
— 1 Corinthians 15:14, 17 (NKJV)
The resurrection of Jesus is the cornerstone of the Christian faith. Today, our faith must be anchored in the reality of His resurrection.
Whether we are teaching, counseling, or preaching, the heart of our message should always lead to the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Our meditation on the Scriptures should pursue the power and presence that flows from His resurrection.
The clear distinction between a believer and an unbeliever lies in this truth: the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
If we believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead and confess that we are declared righteous by God, then we are saved—delivered from sin, freed from guilt, and spared from judgment ( Romans 10:9)
Our declaration that God sees us as righteous, even when we falter, is vital and powerful.
It may seem foolish at times to declare, “I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus,” especially when we continue to struggle with weaknesses. But our faith is not based on what we see or feel—it is based on the unchanging truth of Jesus’ resurrection and the indwelling Spirit.
I am not a sinner—I am righteous.
I believe Jesus is risen, and because He lives forever, I am righteous forever.
As we hold fast to this confession of righteousness, we will begin to see long-standing struggles and habits lose their grip over time.
I believe God raised Jesus from the dead by His Spirit. Therefore, I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus!
Amen!
Praise the Risen Jesus!
