The Father of Glory gives you His ‘much more’!

Dearly Beloved! This week the Blessed Holy Spirit graciously taught us His truth on prayer. Every day highlights a truth about prayer that corrects a common fallacy many people hold.

Here’s the mapping:
🚫 Fallacies Men Commonly Believe vs ✅ The Truth in Each Day’s Punchline

8th September
🚫 Fallacy: “God only provides when I ask and strive hard in prayer.”
✅ Truth: Your Father already knows your needs and gives much more, even before you ask.

📖 “For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him.” Matthew 6:8

9th September
🚫 Fallacy: “Prayer must be loud and public to be powerful.”
✅ Truth: Closet prayer ( prayer in private) is what unlocks the Father’s open reward.

📖 “But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. Matthew 6:6

10th September
🚫 Fallacy: “The more words I use, the more effective my prayer will be.”
✅ Truth: The better way to pray is with a listening heart awakened daily by the Holy Spirit.

📖 “Do not be rash with your mouth, and let not your heart utter anything hastily before God. For God is in heaven, and you on earth; therefore let your words be few.” Ecclesiastes 5:2
📖 “He awakens me morning by morning, He awakens my ear to hear as the learned.” Isaiah 50:4

11th September
🚫 Fallacy: “Prayer must always be my own words, carefully crafted.”
✅ Truth: The better way is to yield your voice to the Spirit’s utterance.

📖 “For it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you.” Matthew 10:20
📖 “And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.” Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭4‬

12th September
🚫 Fallacy: “I must push and strive in prayer to convince God to act.”
✅ Truth: When the Spirit intercedes within us, Father responds with much more than we could ever ask, aligning us with God’s will and turning situations for our good.

📖 “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28

Summary: The fallacy is thinking prayer depends on our effort, words, or public show. The truth is that prayer flows from trusting the Father, yielding to the Spirit and basing on the finished work of Jesus on the Cross Amen 🙏

The Father of Glory Gives You His “Much More” through Divine Synchronisation !

The Father of Glory Gives You His “Much More” through Divine Synchronisation !

Romans 8:26–28 (NKJV)
“Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.” “Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.” “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”

💡 Key Revelation
These verses unveil a divine and glorious mystery:

The understanding of “All things work together for good…” is made possible because of the Holy Spirit’s intercession within us.

The Holy Spirit knows the vast difference between what God desires for us and what our limited minds ask for.

He intercedes with groanings beyond human expression, bridging that gap.

God the Father, who searches our hearts, aligns our thoughts with the mind of the Spirit.
This divine synchronisation brings peace, clarity, and confidence, even in uncertain times.

🔄 Divine Synchronisation
When we surrender to the Holy Spirit:
We stop fretting or fuming or complaining.
We enter into the peace of Christ- His Rest.

Our minds are no longer rattled.
Our hearts rest in Jesus.

This is not a one-time experience but it’s a glorious ongoing blissful journey in the Spirit.

🙏 Prayer

Abba Father, thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit. Thank You for searching my heart and knowing the mind of the Spirit. Help me to surrender fully and trust Your divine process. Let Your peace reign in me. May I experience out-of-season miracles and the “much more” You have promised, all because of what Jesus did for me on the Cross. Amen! Hallelujah!

🙌 Confession of Faith

“Holy Spirit, I welcome You into my heart and mind.
You are my Senior Partner in prayer.
Intercede through me according to the will of the Father.
Align my thoughts with Yours.

I am the Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus and I know that all things are working together for my good.
I rest in Christ, and I receive the ‘much more’ that my Daddy God has prepared for me.

📖 “Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.”
Romans 8:26 NKJV

Key Insight: A Better Way to Pray

The preacher in Ecclesiastes 5:2 reminds us not to be rash with our words in prayer, for we often do not know what God desires us to ask. Apostle Paul echoes this truth that we simply don’t know how to pray as we ought.

But here’s the Good News:
Our Father has not left us helpless. He freely gives us His Holy Spirit, who comes alongside to help us in our weakness and to teach us a better way to pray.

🌿 Humility Before God

True humility is admitting before God:
“Father God, I don’t know what to pray or how to present my requests.”
• “I need the help of Your Spirit.”

This attitude pleases God, for it shifts the focus from self-effort to Spirit-dependence. Your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

Yielding to the Spirit’s Prayer

When you allow the Holy Spirit to pray through you:
• You surrender to His will, not yours.
• You align with “Your kingdom come, Your will be done.”
• You receive utterances beyond human vocabulary- a pure, heavenly language.

This is the language of the Spirit, first given on the day of Pentecost, when the disciples spoke with new tongues. What an awesome gift!

Takeaway

The better way to pray is to invite the Blessed Holy Spirit into your prayer life.
• He gives the utterance.
• You give your voice.
• Together, the will of God is prayed out on earth.
Hallelujah!

🙏 Prayer

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for not leaving me alone in my weakness. Today, I humbly ask You for the gift of the Holy Spirit. Teach me to pray in the Spirit and grant me utterance beyond my understanding. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in my life, in my family, and in my generation. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

💎 Confession of Faith

I confess today:
I am the Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus!
• I am not left as an orphan, the Holy Spirit is my Helper.
• I yield to His utterance and give my voice to His prayer.
• I pray the will of God in the language of the Spirit.
• I will experience the Father’s “much more” through the gift of tongues.

The Father of Glory gives you His ‘much more’ through awakened ear!

The Father of Glory gives you His ‘much more’ through awakened ear!

📖 Scripture Focus

“Walk prudently when you go to the house of God; and draw near to hear rather than to give the sacrifice of fools, for they do not know that they do evil.”
Ecclesiastes 5:1 NKJV

💡 A Better Way to Pray!

“Draw near to hear” — this is the posture of closet prayer.
• When I know my Father already knows my needs before I ask, my focus shifts from requests to listening to His voice.

🕊️ Drawing Near
“Draw me away and we will run after You.” (Song of Solomon 1:4)
This should be our early morning whisper to the Blessed Holy Spirit, because He alone can help to focus to hear His voice amid life’s distractions. It is His voice that matters most.
• Solomon’s all-night longing was simple:
“Give Your servant an understanding mind and a hearing heart…” (1 Kings 3:9 AMPC).
This became the reason for his establishment as “king over all Israel” ( 1 Kings 4:1).

🔑 The Fruit of a Hearing Heart
• “Let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.” (James 1:19)
This is the fruit of the Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus as a result of the inworking of the Holy Spirit in us.
“He awakens me morning by morning, He awakens my ear to hear as the learned.” (Isaiah 50:4)
This awakening is not of physical ears but the inner man, made sensitive to the Spirit and aware to the unseen world that governs the visible one.

🌟 Key Takeaways

✅ Closet prayer is more about listening than speaking.
✅ A hearing heart is the true wealth of the believer.
✅ The Spirit awakens your inner ear daily to tune into God’s wisdom (daily directives).

🙏 Prayer

Father of Glory,
Awaken my inner ear each morning.
Give me a hearing heart like Solomon, to know Your voice above every distraction.
Draw me close to You, Holy Spirit, and let my life be governed by Your wisdom which is my life and health to all my flesh.
In Jesus’ name, Amen!

Confession of Faith

I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
My inner man is awakened daily to hear the Holy Spirit.
I walk in wisdom, sensitivity, and divine guidance.
The voice of the Lord is my compass, and I live in His much more!

The Father of Glory gives you His ‘much more’ in the inner closet!

The Father of Glory gives you His ‘much more’ in the inner closet!

📖 “And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.” Matthew 6:5-6 NKJV

A Better Way to Pray

Many think prayer is about performance, duty, or being seen by others. But Jesus invites us into a deeper, more rewarding way- a secret place where the Father meets us with His “much more.” Closet prayer is not about impressing people but about intimacy with God. It is here that transformation begins.

🔑 Key Insights
Prayer is relationship, not performance.
It is not about display before men but intimacy with the Father.
Prayer is private before it is public.
True prayer is “closet prayer”—a solemn and decisive moment of man to shut out the whole world to commune with the Father who sees him in the secret in the Person of the Holy Spirit to reward publicly.
Closet prayer transforms us within.
It invites and allows the Holy Spirit to work inside us, so the Father can demonstrate His much more outside us.
Closet prayer removes the “self.”
The real hindrance is not people but our own ego. The Spirit deals with our pride so that Christ may fully live through us.
Christ’s obedience is our blessing.
His perfect obedience on the Cross alone positions us to receive the Father’s abundant reward.

🙏 Prayer

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for showing me a better way to pray. Draw me into the secret place where I can know You more deeply. Holy Spirit, remove self, pride, and distraction from me. Let Christ’s obedience and victory manifest openly in my life, to the glory of Jesus. Amen.

Confession of Faith

I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
I walk in humility and intimacy with my Father.
The Holy Spirit works in me what Christ has already worked for me.
My ego was crucified, and Christ lives in me.
I receive the Father’s much more in every area of my life!

💡 Word of Grace

Beloved, as we begin the 2nd week of this month, step forward with this mindset:
👉 Your Father in heaven will give you much more than you ask or even think!

Yes, my beloved! This week:
The Holy Spirit will guide you in righteousness, which comes through the obedience of Jesus Christ (Romans 5:19).
• He will make the footsteps of Jesus your pathway (Psalm 85:13).
• He will also teach you a better way to pray, so you may experience the much more of your Heavenly Father. Hallelujah 🙌

🔑 Key Insight

We often pray for the needs we are aware of yet your Father already knows these before you even ask (Matthew 6:8).
But here is the good news:
• Your Father also knows the needs you aren’t aware of yet, needs that will surface today or in the near future.
• Beyond this, He longs to surprise you with much more, filling your life with joy beyond measure!

🌿 Walking with the Spirit

Therefore, invite the Holy Spirit before you pray. When He comes, He will:
• Take you back into the past, reminding you to thank the Father for blessings already given.
• Carry you into the future, helping you to thank the Father for needs not yet visible and for the much more beyond your understanding.

You may ask, “How can I pray for things I am not even aware of?”
👉 By praying in tongues — the heavenly language, the pure language of the Spirit (Romans 8:26).

🙏 Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for being the God of much more. I invite Your Holy Spirit into my prayer life today. I thank you that you already know my needs and I thank you for every blessing you have blessed this far. Help me to speak in the heavenly language so that I also thank You for the hidden provisions and the surprises You have already prepared for me. Fill me with joy beyond measure, in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Confession of Faith
I am the Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
• Christ in me makes me walk in His footsteps of righteousness.
• When I pray in the Spirit, I enter into the much more of my Father.
• Today, I receive beyond what I ask or imagine! Amen 🙏

📖 “Now it came to pass, as He was praying in a certain place, when He ceased, that one of His disciples said to Him, ‘Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.’ … If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!” Luke 11:1, 13 NKJV

🔑 Insight for Today

Luke highlights the Source of true prayer—the Holy Spirit.
In Luke 11:1–13:
• The entire passage (Luke 11:1–13) centers on prayer. The disciples, seeing Jesus pray, longed to learn from Him and said, ‘Lord, teach us to pray, just as John also taught his disciples’ (v.1).
• In response, Jesus gave them the most profound teaching on prayer, unlike anything any rabbi, mentor, or guru had ever given.”
• He begins with: “God is your Father” (v.2) and concludes with: “The Father gives the Holy Spirit” (v.13).

Prayer is not merely petition or requests—it is receiving the Person of the Holy Spirit in your request.

Why This Matters

The prayer model given by Jesus is:
Utmost divine: rooted in heaven’s wisdom.
All-powerful: moving mountains and hearts alike.
Deeply intimate: drawing us close to Abba, our Father.
Transformative : shaping us into beings who are divine, eternal, invincible, incorruptible, and indestructible in Christ.

When the Holy Spirit takes full control, prayer becomes your lifestyle.

Who the Holy Spirit is to You when He is in you
• He never condemns, but gently corrects.
• He never leaves, even when silent.
• He never overrides your will, yet longs for full cooperation.
• He is either the Lord of all when you fully submit to Him or not Lord at all.

👉 The choice is yours; the glory is His. Amen 🙏

🙏 Prayer

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for giving me the Holy Spirit through Jesus Christ.
Teach me to yield fully to Him in every area of my life.
Let prayer become my lifestyle, and let the Holy Spirit transform me into the image of Christ, divine, eternal, and victorious.
In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

Confession of Faith
• I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
• Christ in me, the Hope of Glory: The Holy Spirit, the Lord of all.
• The Holy Spirit is my Teacher, Comforter, and Guide.
• Prayer is the Spirit’s expression through me.
• I live daily in fellowship with the Holy Spirit.

Matthew 7:11 NKJV

📖 “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!”
Luke 11:13 NKJV

🔑 Key Revelation
• Matthew highlights the result → “good things.”
• Luke highlights the source→ “the Holy Spirit.”

In other words, whenever you ask the Father, He gives you His Spirit: the best gift, His very own Treasure through whom your petitions manifest.

✨ How This Works in Your Life
• When you ask for wealth, the Father gives the Power (Dunamis) to create wealth (Deut. 8:18).
• When you ask for healing, He gives you Jehovah Rapha—the Healer Himself.
• When you lack anything, He gives you the Shepherd, who ensures you do not lack (Ps. 23:1).

The Father never just gives you “things”, He gives you Himself in the Person of the Holy Spirit so that you become the fountainhead of blessing.

Daily Practice

The greatest prayer you can pray each day:
👉 “Father, give me Your Holy Spirit today.”

This brings joy to your Father’s heart and positions you to walk in His abundance. As you yield your thoughts and imagination to the Spirit, He will always lead you back to Jesus, to His perfect obedience at the Cross.

📖 “By one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous.” Romans 5:19

It is Christ’s righteousness, not your own, that qualifies you for every answer to prayer. Hallelujah! 🙌

🙏 Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for giving me not just things, but Your very best- Your Holy Spirit. Today I receive Him afresh. Holy Spirit, fill my heart, guide my thoughts, and glorify Jesus in me. Amen.

💡 Word of Grace

The revelation of God as our Father gives us confidence to approach Him boldly.

If you hold the mindset that God is far away, distant and unreachable, you unknowingly defeat the very purpose of Jesus’ coming.

🔑 Jesus was the first to introduce God as Father. Through Him, we are all sons and daughters of God.

Yet, many times, our religious mindset makes us relate to Him only as God or Lord. This mindset of slavery is deeply ingrained, and we often struggle to break free.

But here is the good news:
The Father sacrificed His Son Jesus so we are forgiven.
• He freely gave us the gift (dorea) of the Holy Spirit: the Person of the Spirit who dwells within us.

When the Holy Spirit fills our hearts and minds:
He cries out from within us, “Abba, Father” (Galatians 4:6).
• He makes the Father real and intimate.
• Our prayer life shifts from monologue to dialogue—personal, warm, and ongoing.

This transforms our walk with God into a living relationship. Our confidence grows without limit, and we begin to expect the “much more” from our Father as His giving always exceeds our asking.

Thus, we journey from strength to strength, faith to faith, and glory to glory!

Beloved, let us always welcome the Holy Spirit. His love is more tender than even that of a mother for her child. Amen 🙏

🙏 Prayer

Loving Father, I thank You for sending Jesus to reveal You as my Father. Thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit who cries “Abba Father” within me. Holy Spirit, I invite You today to fill my heart and mind afresh. Let my relationship with my Father be intimate, personal, and full of joy. Help me to walk in confidence, knowing He always gives me much more than I ask. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

✨ Confession of Faith

I boldly confess:
God is my Father and I am His beloved child. I am the Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus
The Holy Spirit lives in me and cries, “Abba Father.” He is Christ in me- the Father’s Glory
My prayers are conversations, not monologues.
• I expect the “much more” from my Father, for His giving always exceeds my asking.
• I am growing from faith to faith, strength to strength, and glory to glory.

Amen! 🙌
