Behold Jesus the Bread of Life and experience His gift of righteousness !

“For He ( God) made Him ( Christ ) who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him ( Christ ).” II Corinthians‬ ‭5‬:‭21‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

My beloved , Resurrection is not just an event but an experience. However, the resurrection can be experienced only when you understand the purpose of the Cross.

We need to understand three important purposes of the Cross.
Today let’s see the first & the foremost purpose of the Cross which was to make you & me righteous.

There was a Divine exchange that took place on the Cross at that time.
The Almighty and the only True God, on one hand, took all our sins, sicknesses , sorrows, guilts & condemnations and placed these on the body of Jesus. God executed His judgement on the body of Jesus. On the other hand , God took the true nature of righteousness which was in Jesus and laid it on us to make us completely Righteous, exactly the way Jesus was and is.  Hallelujah!

When you believe  this and you receive His Righteousness as a gift and confess , “ I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus because Jesus took my sin , the consequences of sin and the judgement for it on His body”, Then you will truly experience His Resurrection in and through you. Amen 🙏

Behold Jesus the Bread of Life and experience His Resurrection !

“For as yet they ( Jesus’ Followers) did not know the Scripture, that He must rise again from the dead.”
‭‭John‬ ‭20‬:‭9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The resurrection of Jesus from the dead sounded like a fairy tale to everyone and it seemed too good to be true. None of the disciples or His followers could come to terms with this reality even though the Lord Jesus repeatedly prophesied of His resurrection during His earthly sojourn.

Even today many christians don’t believe in the resurrection, let alone the rest of mankind.
How can we expect the rest of the mankind to believe that Jesus is truly risen and He is THE LORD AND THE SAVIOUR, unless we ourselves share this Gospel with them because of the true conviction we have ?
Also how can we share this gospel with them when we ourselves haven’t experienced His resurrection in us ?

My beloved , Resurrection is not just an event but it is an experience. However, the resurrection can be experienced only when we understand the purpose of the Cross.

Dear Heavenly Father, enlighten my eyes to understand the purpose of the Cross, so that the power of Resurrection quickens my inner being and also I reach out to the souls in my neighbourhood for them to experience the true freedom as a result of His resurrection.

Behold Jesus the Bread of Life and experience Life’s transformation !

“Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, “Peace be with you.”  When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord.”
‭‭John‬ ‭20‬:‭19‬-‭20‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The disciples were fear struck because their Saviour , in whom they fully hoped for a better tomorrow was crucified and was put to death by the Romans through the well orchestrated conspiracy of the Jews.
They openly moved with Jesus until then but were now dreading that they would be the next for such cruelty. They ensured that the doors of the room where they were present were firmly shut lest the miscreants break in.

They didn’t realize that death could not hold back their Saviour but Jesus had risen conquering sin and death once & for all. He is now THE LORD AND THE SAVIOUR!
Not only the stone that closed the tomb was rolled away, but also the door that was so securely closed to prevent Jesus from coming in could not stop Him. But the Resurrected Jesus was majestically out of the tomb bodily & was also in their midst inspite of the closed door.  That’s awesome! Everyone was spellbound ! Resurrection Power is unstoppable!

My beloved, no matter what kind of sorrow or depression has locked you in , no matter what kind of anxiety and fear has paralysed you & limited your life, Jesus the Resurrected Lord appears in your midst right now. He transforms you from fear to dynamic faith, from sickness to lasting health, from weakness to tireless strength, from shame to fame right now. This is your day. Now is your time in Jesus name because Jesus is risen!  Amen 🙏

Behold Jesus the Bread of Life and experience His Amazing LOVE !

“But Mary stood outside by the tomb weeping, and as she wept she stooped down and looked into the tomb. Jesus said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?” She, supposing Him to be the gardener, said to Him, “Sir, if You have carried Him away, tell me where You have laid Him, and I will take Him away.” Jesus said to her, “Mary!” She turned and said to Him, “Rabboni!” (which is to say, Teacher). Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’ ” John‬ ‭20‬:‭11‬, ‭15‬-‭17‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The tomb was empty and Mary Magdalene had no clue that her Beloved Jesus had risen from the dead . She was weeping inconsolably because of her great love for Jesus,for she had tasted His genuine love & forgiveness .
No one had ever loved her before so much the way Jesus loved her and this is true with all of us. She was soaked in His love so much so nothing ever mattered to her – no, not even her life. And she continued weeping, desperately searching for His body & if she ever found it, she would have take Him away.

The agenda of the risen Jesus was that He would first of all ascend to Heaven and offer His blood to God the Father, for the redemption of all mankind but Mary’s obstinate love / stubborn love / steadfast love certainly prompted God to suggest to Jesus to first appear to her before even ascending to offer His Blood.  Amazing love !

My beloved, let’s get soaked in His unfathomable, amazing love that even our whispering tears will speak louder than any of the loudest prayers ever offered, which will usher in God’s miracle in our lives . Amen 🙏🏽

Behold Jesus the Bread of Life and experience His Life giving Spirit!

“And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.”  Genesis‬ ‭2‬:‭7‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
“And when He ( Jesus) had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit.”  John‬ ‭20‬:‭22‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

When God created the first man ( Adam), He breathed the breath of life in his nostrils and Adam became a living soul. He was flawless. He could think exactly like God. He named all the creatures on earth and those flying & creeping things & that’s their name till today. He walked and communed with God every day here on earth . What a glorious moment! What an awesome creation !!

But, because he was made a living soul, he could live either by the breath of life or by his soul, independent of God.  Alas! He chose the latter and since then he had to manage all things by himself with a limited capacity, limited strength and limited resources. There was an end to all his efforts and he faced the inevitable death. He fell from God-Man status to be a mere Man.

Praise be to God! Jesus came to restore man to the original intent of God – God-Man. He is the Bread of Life, much more than the Breath of Life to man. The Bread of Life is now the Resurrected Life! When Jesus rose from the dead, *He breathed this Resurrected Life on man. This life is more than a conqueror that can not sin. This life can never die!  HALLELUJAH!

My beloved, accept this Jesus who is risen from the dead. Let Him breathe the Holy Spirit – the Spirit of Holiness – the Resurrected Life. This life in you will become a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life and rivers of Living water will flow out of you.  Amen 🙏

Behold Jesus the Bread of Life and experience His promised Now!

“So it was, while they conversed and reasoned, that Jesus Himself drew near and went with them. But their eyes were restrained, so that they did not know Him. And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭24‬:‭15‬-‭16‬, ‭27‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The Risen Jesus can appear to anyone in the most unexpected manner. That is what happened to the two disciples who were on the way to Emmaus village. They were discouraged and their hope had shattered over the death of Jesus. They couldn’t come to terms with the gruesome death of the Just One!

However, the Lord Jesus drew near and joined them in their sad conversation. They couldn’t recognise Him. This is because the Lord wanted them to recognise Him through the Scriptures and not through their natural eyes. By this He made it fair to all generations that discerning the Lord should be through the spiritual eyes & not by the natural. Otherwise the present generation may feel that the generation during Jesus times on earth were more blessed which actually is not true.

My beloved, the Risen Jesus can appear and will appear to you through the Scriptures.  As you pray for the revelation of Jesus and begin to read or ponder over the Scriptures, the Holy Spirit will reveal the Risen Lord Jesus . What a blessed experience that will be !  Hallelujah!!

“Now when she had said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, and did not know that it was Jesus. Jesus said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?” She, supposing Him to be the gardener,  said to Him, “Sir, if You have carried Him away, tell me where You have laid Him, and I will take Him away.” John‬ ‭20‬:‭14‬-‭15‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Jesus’ appearance to Mary Magdalene after His resurrection was amazing. She knew Him very well before Jesus died on the Cross. But the Resurrected Jesus can appear in any form that is least expected. He appeared to Mary like a gardener, in order to make us understand that today Jesus is discerned spiritually.  God emphasizes more on the spirit than the natural. His emphasis is on the spiritual sense than the five natural senses. He wants us to walk by faith and not by sight.

Yes my beloved, lets seek the spiritual senses that are more active and alert.  We thank God for our natural senses , yet we need to learn to walk in the spirit, so that we do not fulfil the lust of the flesh ( Galatians 5:16) Amen!

Behold Jesus the Bread of Life and experience His promise Now!

“But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:” ‭‭Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭16‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Peter and the rest of the believers ( about 120 of them), had just then received the Holy Spirit which was the dream and the longing for all the Old Testament saints. The Church came into existence on that day called the “Pentecost”.

Since then, believers who are also called the Church , are expected to co-operate with the Holy Spirit to fulfill every promise and every prophecy spoken by the Prophets from the beginning of time, right now.

Yes my beloved! All the promises of God in Christ Jesus are without any strings attached, to be fulfilled today. Your miracle is today. Your most favourable time is now .

Our prayer to God should be that the Holy Spirit transforms us to His thinking, by confessing that we are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus  and allowing Him to complete the work of restoration in all things that will usher in His return in Jesus name! Amen 🙏

Behold Jesus the Bread of Life and experience Your God Moment now !

“We then, as workers together with Him also plead with you not to receive the grace of God in vain. For He says: “In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.”  II Corinthians‬ ‭6‬:‭1‬-‭2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Resurrection is the “Now” Era.  The above verses declare that God’s favourable time in your life is Now!

We are no longer waiting to receive . God has already provided all things. He became sin with our sinfulness so that we might become righteous with His righteousness. This is the previous verse to today’s scripture portion.
When we understand that God has already made us righteous and confess that He is our righteousness , we will witness His unmerited favor that brings us to God moments resulting in signs and wonders .

Apostle Paul is quoting the above verse from Isaiah 49:8 which was a promise then and says that now is the day of the fulfilment of that promise .  Yes , my beloved, your blessing is today ! Your miracle is now !!

Just believe and confess that Jesus is your Righteousness and that He is risen from from the dead. Grace begins to flow when you set your mind to receive your miracle NOW!

Behold Jesus the Bread of Life and experience His Resurrection Power!

“And now why are you waiting? Arise  and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord.’” Acts‬ ‭22‬:‭16‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

These are the words of Ananias to Saul who was later on called as Paul. Seeing Paul’s true conversion Ananias showed his urgency to go ahead with baptism.

So also, when you know that the Lord Jesus has already taken your sins upon Himself & you are forgiven completely & made righteous forever, you are eligible for every blessing of God upon your life NOW!  As it is written “ The blessing of God rest upon the head of the righteous “ ( Proverbs 11:26).

What stops us from enjoying God’s blessings today is “ sin consciousness“ , “performance mentality” whereas we need to have “ Son consciousness “ who has already provided all things concerning life & godliness (2 Peter 1:3).  With this there is nothing that stops you from being blessed with every blessing RIGHT NOW!

My beloved, what is that you are still waiting to happen, knowing that Jesus has already done it for you? A true realization of this truth will definitely cause heartfelt thanksgiving to the Lord, thanking Him for every blessing even though your natural eyes don’t see them and your natural senses don’t feel them.

Begin confessing that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus & experience the quickening power ( Resurrection) of the Holy Spirit in you manifesting God’s miracle in the physical realm.  Amen 🙏🏽
