Encounter Christ Jesus The King Of Glory To Discern & Experience His Great Power!
“Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, “It is the Lord!” Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his outer garment (for he had removed it), and plunged into the sea. Simon Peter went up and dragged the net to land, full of large fish, one hundred and fifty-three; and although there were so many, the net was not broken.”
John 21:7, 11 NKJV
Here we see the “Power of agreement” when two agree together! This is just amazing !!
We realise that it took the 2 disciples to discern the Risen Jesus ( Christ Jesus) & to demonstrate His Resurrection Power. Also we have this precious revelation that the Risen Lord appears to every one in our darkest point of life to rescue & restore us. After “seeing” the Resurrected Savior we are never the same again!
If you notice carefully the above passage, you will find that the Holy Spirit gave John the beloved apostle the enlightenment to discern the Lord. And he cried out saying, “ It is the LORD” and to Peter, the Spirit of God gave the Power to demonstrate His might that he single handedly dragged the big catch to the shore. Remember, the Lord Jesus paired His disciples two by two (Lk 10:1). We find this pair of Peter and John also demonstrated God’s awesome Resurrection power in the life of the man who was lame from his mother’s womb in Acts 3:1-8.
Yes my beloved, God puts His choice pairing together to reveal Himself and His unfathomable power. Those who are married, He has paired the husband and his wife together to do great exploits. Those who aren’t married yet or those who are single, He also joins two by two like Paul and Barnabas and later on Paul and Silas ( people of God’s choice put together to be productive in the Kingdom). There is power in two being in agreement!
Our responsibility is to hold on to this Godly partnership and agree together , especially between the husband and wife because they are co-heirs of the Gospel of grace of His Son Jesus Christ. Don’t allow anybody to intimidate or interfere in this sacred relationship, for the first parents ( Adam and Eve) allowed the serpent in between to influence and the mess that followed is history now – the fall of mankind . The entire mankind is reeling under that subtle & deceptive infiltration which it suffers even to this day. But thank God who sent Jesus to restore us back to Him & to glory and virtue. Hallelujah! Amen 🙏
Remember, the Holy Spirit puts you together & gives one the discernment and to the other the demonstration. Realize & agree together! Hallelujah! Amen 🙏
