Encounter Jesus The King Of Glory And Be Enlightened To Tap Into His Power To Reign!
”The centurion answered and said, “Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed. For I also am a man under authority, having soldiers under me. And I say to this one, ‘Go,’ and he goes; and to another, ‘Come,’ and he comes; and to my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.”“
Matthew 8:8-9 NKJV
God’s power is revealed or manifested to those who understand His true position irrespective of the present spiritual status of the seeker.
It is not important what is my present spiritual position to experience God’s power today even though it is essential that we grow spiritually in the knowledge of Him.
God doesn’t work miracles based on who we are rather He works miracles based on our understanding of who He is !
Many times we fail to connect with His power because we feel we haven’t grown spiritually enough or we aren’t close to Him.
The focus is on us rather than on Him- His generosity, His love, His mercy, His majesty & His mighty power is all that matters.
The Centurion knew that he was a gentile and doesn’t stand eligible to receive His blessing . But he understood that Jesus is the King of ALL creation even though He is a covenant God for Israel. He never approached based on his ( centurion’s) position or good work nor did he use the Covenant name YHWY that was meant exclusively for Israel.
Rather he simply came to Him on the basis of Jesus’ Sovereignty and His Majesty over all the creation that includes everyone including him.
My beloved, today you too can tap His infinite Power to address every pressing issue of your life , believing that Jesus is the King over all humans . Amen 🙏
