Encounter Jesus The King Of Glory And Be Transformed Like Him To Reign!
”Now when they had left the multitude, they took Him along in the boat as He was. And other little boats were also with Him. Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. But He said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?”“
Mark 4:36, 39-40 NKJV
Fear of things and Faith in God don’t co-exist. Faith is not a thing that one possesses . Rather, Faith is all about relationship. Relationship is based upon your acquaintance with the person with whom you build over a period of time.
Your understanding of that person is progressive until you reach a level of completeness that results from becoming one with that person through “togetherness”.
“The disciples took Jesus along with them as He was” – This is interesting! They took Him as He was instead of allowing Him to take them as they were.
Yes my beloved, Jesus accepts you just the way you are ( with all your imperfections). He is not expecting you to change so that He can accept you. The change in us is as a result of Him coming into our lives & the progressive revelation of His Personhood.
When we allow Jesus to come into our lives, He makes us exactly the way He is ( full of faith and godliness).
Faith is an outward demonstration of the “inter- indwelling reality” – we in Him ( Righteousness of God in Christ) and He in us (Christ in us – the King of Glory in us to reign through us). Amen 🙏
