Soaring to Excellence through Christ !
“Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, “Peace be with you.””
John 20:19 NKJV
The first recorded greeting of the Lord Jesus Christ to His disciples after He rose from the dead was, “ Peace be with you . “
Peace not only means mental tranquility or emotional calmness but also wholeness to man’s total personality – spirit , soul and body ( 1 Thessalonians 5:23).
His resurrection brings completeness to the insufficient man , healing to the suffering mankind, restoration to the brokenness and so on.
By speaking peace into the lives of the disciples, the Lord Jesus caused all of them who were filled with fear, to soar to excellence in boldness . They became men of great standing and destiny that shocked the whole world.
My friend, this same Risen Jesus will cause you to soar to excellence no matter what is your present of state of affairs . Amen 🙏
