THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF FAITH SPEAKS!
Romans 10:6 (NKJV)
“But the righteousness of faith speaks in this way…”
The righteousness which is of the law operates on the basis of doing, while the righteousness of faith operates through speaking.
Romans 10:5 says, “The man who does those things shall live by them.” The righteousness of the law demands performance, but the righteousness of faith speaks from what Christ has already accomplished.
“Doing”, in this context, is directed towards meeting a requirement to attain righteousness or receive a blessing.
“Speaking”, on the other hand, is the expression of faith in the righteousness we have already received through Christ.
This is why the righteousness of faith speaks! It does not speak to make Christ’s finished work complete;it speaks because His work is finished. It does not speak to become righteous; it speaks because you are already the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus! You are already blessed ! You are already healed !
Therefore, when challenges arise, do not let them dictate your language. Let the Word of God determine what you believe and speak. Speak His wisdom in confusion, His peace in fear, His healing Word in sickness, and His provision in times of need.
THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF FAITH SPEAKS BECAUSE CHRIST HAS ALREADY ACCOMPLISHED THE WORK!
You already have the solution in Christ. Believe it in your heart and give it expression through your mouth!
Prayer:
Daddy God, thank You for the righteousness I have received through Christ. Thank you because You always see me right in Christ.
Help me to live with the consciousness of His finished work and to speak Your Word boldly in every situation, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Proclamation:
I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus! I do not speak to become righteous; I speak because Christ’s righteousness is my identity and my nature.
I speak from the victory of Christ’s finished work. God’s Word is in my heart and in my mouth. I declare His wisdom, healing, provision, and victory over every circumstance.
I already have the solution in Christ, and my faith speaks!
Praise the Risen Jesus!
