Grace For You Today!
The Spirit of the Father Who Raised Jesus from the Dead Makes You—The New You!
“Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.”
— John 16:7 (NKJV)
The words of our Risen Lord Jesus are not merely information; they are words of transformation!
During His earthly ministry, although Jesus was the Son of God, He was also fully human—the Son of Man—thus limited by time, space, and matter.
As He approached the hour of His crucifixion—dying our death—He made one of the most profound statements: “It is to your advantage that I go away.”
This must have surely puzzled His disciples. How could the departure of the One who loved them and cared for them possibly be to their advantage?
Yet, Jesus was absolutely right. Only through His departure could the Helper—the Holy Spirit—come. The Holy Spirit is the “Unlimited Jesus”!
The Jesus who was with them could now be in them through the Spirit—the Christ in us!
Beloved, this is the greatest blessing we have today—something neither the saints of the Old Testament nor even Jesus’ own disciples during His earthly life could fully experience: Christ in us, the hope of glory!
While the world is constantly searching for a new idea, a new theory, a new concept, or a new innovation, your Heavenly Father is making you into something far greater—A New You!
You will be a marvel to the world, for the Holy Spirit dwelling in you produces new ideas, new innovations, new ways of living—overflowing with divine life!
Get ready!
This week will be filled with “God-moments” (Kairos moments) for you. Breakthroughs you never imagined will manifest because the same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you!
