Grace for you today !
God watches over you !!
“And when Jesus came to the place, He looked up and saw him, and said to him, “Zacchaeus, make haste and come down, for today I must stay at your house.”
But when they saw it, they all complained, saying, “He has gone to be a guest with a man who is a sinner.””
Luke 19:5, 7 NKJV
What mattered the most to the Lord Jesus was to reach out and save every soul that was lost . The world may call them sinners or brand them “God forsaken” thinking that even God will not forgive them. But the truth is that they are not God forsaken but loved by God. These yield to the love of God more easily than those who think that they are better of .
Yes my beloved , the Lord Jesus loves every one and seeks to save that which is lost .
It was true that Zacchaeus was very corrupt tax collector and made the lives of many miserable through extraction of money in the name of “Taxes”. However , when the grace of Jesus came seeking him , he immediately forsook his unscrupulous practices and pressed on to make restitution.
If you want to see changes in people’s lives, show them the unconditional love and acceptance and their hearts will melt like wax.
*Jesus is indeed the Friend of the sinners *! Amen 🙏
