God’s abounding Grace and Peace!!

“Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭4:14, 16‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Your prayers can be bold when you know that God evaluates the High Priest in order to bless you . On the other hand, when we look at our shortcomings, we feel condemned and have no confidence in our prayer . God doesn’t look at you to bless you rather He sees the perfect standing of the High Priest to bless you .

That is why the author, encourages you to come BOLDLY to the throne of Grace . Wow!
So then, I need not be worried about my failures & shortcomings, for He will always bless me according to my High Priest – the Lord Jesus.

Secondly, we are advised to hold fast our confession . *So keep saying that you are the Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus* . Surely you will experience the unheard and untold blessing in Jesus’ Name! Amen 🙏
Expect awesome miracles this weekend!

“For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭4:15‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Lord Jesus our High Priest became a man to feel like us , to empathise with us since He was tempted in all points just the way we are tempted . He is fully acquainted with every struggle , every pain , every disappointment & every betrayal of us . Yet He did not sin.

Today , He appears before God as our Representative . God sees the High Priest who is our Lord Jesus Christ , who was tempted in every aspect of life and yet without sin. As a result , the High Priest is accepted and the we are blessed (irrespective of our failure). Praise Jesus 🙏

“nor do you consider that it is expedient for us that one man ( Jesus ) should die for the people, and not that the whole nation should perish.” Now this he did not say on his own authority; but being high priest that year he prophesied that Jesus would die for the nation, and not for that nation only, but also that He would gather together in one the children of God who were scattered abroad.”
‭‭John‬ ‭11:50-52‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Here is an awesome truth! Caiaphas being the High Priest during the days when Jesus walked on the earth , prophesied that Jesus would die for the entire nation and all other nations so that all nations can be blessed .

The Lord Jesus not only died as the Lamb of God for all nations but also He rose from the dead to appear before God as our High Priest today.
In the sight of God, if the High Priest is acceptable then the whole nation is acceptable .

God doesn’t look at us in order to bless us but He looks at Jesus our High Priest and blesses us irrespective of who we are or what we have done. This is an awesome truth and it takes humility to accept the evaluation of God.

Every nation, community, city, family and individual, whoever accepts the High Priesthood of Jesus Christ will surely experience blessings beyond expectation . Amen 🙏

God’s abounding Grace and Peace!!

“For every high priest taken from among men is appointed for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭5:1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The High Priest is the one who is chosen from the tribe of Levi, who stands on behalf of the children of Israel before God. This was the ordinance of God instructed through Moses.

Even so , the Lord Jesus Christ became a human so that He could be qualified to become the High Priest now, for all of us irrespective of caste , creed , color , community or country . *The role of the High Priest is to make sure that we are protected from every form of evil, blessing abundantly and our prayers are answered beyond our expectation *.

When we accept the Lord Jesus as our High Priest, who appears before God with the sacrifice of Himself – the Lamb (as us and for us ), we become the direct recipient of every blessing .

With this understanding, we need to confess that we are the Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus to see tangible results in our lives and the lives of our loved ones . Amen🙏.

“Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Christ Jesus,”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭3:1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

My beloved , this week let me talk to you on the office of our Lord Jesus, as the High Priest.

The Lord Jesus came to reveal God the Father to mankind and also to save mankind by becoming the sacrificial Lamb (we meditated this last week ) .
The Lord Jesus died & rose from the dead. Death & grave could not hold Him, as He did no sin , He knew no sin and in Him was no sin . He was the sinless Lamb of God, absolutely blemishless who took our sin – died for us and died as us .
He passed through the Heavens to appear before God, as our High Priest to intercede on our behalf . His prayers to God are always for us and never against us .

This week you will experience many of your prayers answered ( the long awaited ones) in an awesome & miraculous way through the unique revelation of the Lord Jesus’ High Priestly prayers . Amen 🙏

“The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” John‬ ‭1:29‬ ‭NKJV

During those days before the Lord Jesus came as a human being on this earth , each one took a lamb for his household which was sacrificed and the blood was offered towards the forgiveness of the sins for him and his entire household. The sacrifice was made based on the person’s understanding of his problem.

However, the the Lamb we behold here is what God is offering according to His estimation , His understanding & His evaluation of our sins / problem. On the contrary we definitely lack the complete understanding of the gravity and the depth of our problem. We miss out on certain important areas which we estimate small/ negligible in our understanding.
The Lamb of God is the complete , all comprehensive remedy for every human being today and forever, whoever lives on the face of the earth, perfectly perfect according to the very standard of God the Father.
If we find any other means of remedy, we are simply saying that we understand better than God . If we say, “yes it’s true of God’s evaluation , at the time we need to also consider ….”, we are simply saying that we are smarter than God.
Let’s just Behold the Lamb of God , accept His unconditional offer of all inclusive and comprehensive Solution that addresses all areas of our lives . Amen 🙏
Have a glorious experience beholding the Lamb of God as we end this week .

“The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “*Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world*!” John‬ ‭1:29‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Many years ago, as I was reading the Scriptures, I was drawn to the above verse by the Holy Spirit. He said, “ My son, replace the word “sin” by the word “ problem” and read . So I read it as “ Behold ! The Lamb of God who takes away the problem of the world.“ Immediately, I was in great joy inexpressible, full of glory.
He then , went on to speak saying, “*the world is troubled looking at the problem when I have already taken away the problem*.”
The real problem is that they are not beholding the solution who is the Lamb of God.

Yes , my beloved ! Just take off your focus from the problem that is keeping you occupied and behold & keep beholding the Lamb of God who is the real time Solution. Then, all your fears , anxieties , concerns , pains will melt away like wax, never to be seen again .
The Egyptians ( problems) you see now , you will see them no more forever . (Exodus 14:13) . Amen 🙏

“And looking at Jesus as He walked, he said, “Behold the Lamb of God!”” John‬ ‭1:36‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The lockdown, as I understand, was to slow down the rapid speed at which this world was going on- just to quote one : the educational system in a certain part of the world was that every child soon after its birth was enrolled in the best neighborhood school, so that by the time the child turns 3 or 4, gets admission coupled with a huge capitation . Now we see in the current online schooling system that the school management don’t dare even to ask for fees in the first place , let alone capitation .

The whole world was moving in such a mad frenzy that reminds me of two movies in the early 1970s – The MacKenna’s Gold and It’s the mad, mad, mad , mad world. The survival of the fittest has become the bench mark today . The disparity between the strong & the weak has so greatly widened the gulf that the weak & the less privileged stand no chance.

Can we foresee now whether it is the survival of the fittest or the revival of the weakest which will be future ?

Behold the Lamb of God , though He seems to be timid and weak, yet He is the most Powerful and the most brilliant . *As we look to Him, His Righteousness clothes us and energises us through His Holy Spirit to excel beyond the fittest- A New Normal *!

“The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin (problem ) of the world!” John‬ ‭1:29‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

A problem is a situation preventing something from being achieved. The word comes from a Greek word meaning an “obstacle” (something that is in your way blocking).

A situation, like our current state where we are separated from the ideal state by obstacles.

Today , we all have one problem – COVID19 . This is acting as an obstacle to human pursuit ( the pursuit is defined differently by each one according to their walk of life).
Till date most of us are either afraid or pinned down by this covid problem because life is more dear to us that can be jeopardized by the breaking of safety rules to live the way we wish to .
What shall we call this – upgraded civilisation ? A better or dignified lifestyle ? However we define this ,* the bottom line is that life is regulated by applied pressure and gradually it becomes our life style ( New normal)*. After all, it is children who need instruction whereas adults need counselling.
*The Lamb of God came to show us the gracious way to attain the ideal way and yet many of us prefer to be instructed ( by the law) rather than being counselled graciously to walk responsibly in freedom. *
*Holy Sprit help us* !!
