Christ in me – The Spirit of Glory

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” Romans‬ ‭8:28‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
“being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭1:6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
“But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.” I Peter‬ ‭5:10‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

My beloved as we come to the end of this month, I trust that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ has awakened in each one of us a living hope that cannot be shaken.
As we read the above Scripture references, let’s be assured that although things happening in our lives are not all good – some may be good and some bad, yet God causes all things to work together for our good. He works only good things in us & for us. He is good all the time!

Though trials may come in the form of unpleasant shocks, unforeseen ailments, unexpected betrayals and so on, yet God who controls the whole universe is faithful in the affairs of your life to perfect you, establish you, strengthen you and settle you beyond your imagination. Hallelujah!

Let go your past , embrace His untiring and unending reckless love for you! He has made you righteous forever, no matter how wretched you are or how adverse the situation may seem to be.
Reversal of the situation is coming! The tides are changing in your favor! The last shall become the first! The least will come to limelight! The despised will gain dignity! Those who are pushed to the corner will come to the center stage! From prison to the palace, from the outhouse to the penthouse .Yes, the reversal is certainly coming !

Indeed you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus ! Christ in you is the Spirit of Glory reversing the tide in your favour!
May the gracious Lord bless you much beyond you in Jesus name! Amen 🙏

“He sent a man before them— Joseph—who was sold as a slave. They hurt his feet with fetters, He was laid in irons. Until the time that his word came to pass, The word of the Lord tested him. The king sent and released him, The ruler of the people let him go free. He made him Lord of his house, And ruler of all his possessions,”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭105:17-21‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Joseph of the Old Testament had a dream. In that dream he saw himself as a ruler & the lord to whom even his older brothers and his parents would come and bow down.
His brothers were filled with envy and madness that they almost killed him when they heard his dream. They eventually sold him as a slave to the Egyptians. Joseph went through various trials & hardships. He was falsely accused and ridiculed in the foreign land. However, God was with him all through his trials.

The Word of God that came as a prophecy to Joseph, protected him & purified his intents and thoughts, setting right his attitude before the great altitude ( promotion)!!
The Word taught him God’s kind of righteousness!
The Word refreshed him, refined him , revived him, rejuvenated him, renewed him, and restored him. Hallelujah!

My beloved, the end purpose of trials is to cause triumph! Though there could be distresses, disappointments, disapprovals, yet you will emerge victorious, invigorated & full of vitality. Your release is coming soon! Your freedom from the dungeon is around the corner! Your labor is not in vain ! Your pain is giving birth to a great gain !
The prophetic word of God will surely see you promoted in Jesus name! Amen 🙏

“But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed—”
‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭4:7-9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

My beloved, as we begin this week, we are concluding this month & I declare that no weapon fashioned against you shall prosper. No words of condemnation or curse shall ever flourish against you because Christ has made you righteous forever in the sight of God .

Though trials may press you on every side yet you will emerge victorious. You may feel perplexed as to why covid or any other health issue has come on you since you believed Him , yet the promises of God concerning you shall surely come to pass in Jesus name . Though you may be misunderstood or wrongly accused in the place of work, yet God is with you always because Jesus was forsaken on your account . He will vindicate you and cause double honour to you in Jesus name . Though financial crises would have struck you down, yet one touch of His favour will restore you twice as much as before, or even more, all because you have in you this Treasure – “CHRIST IN YOU” !

The same Spirit of Glory who raised up Jesus from the dead and enthroned Him above, will also raise you up and enthrone you . Remember, after the Cross, the Spirit makes you the Boss !
May you experience God’s exaltation like never before, even beyond your wildest imagination because you have this great treasure in you which is “ CHRIST IN YOU “. Amen 🙏

“looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭12:2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Jesus endured the cross and despised the shame because He knew the joy of redeeming mankind forever. He could see His Father greatly rejoicing over His creation once again being blessed, mankind redeemed & restored forever .
The death Jesus went through, was to put a complete and forever end to the reign of Death. He abolished death through His death and brought life and immortality ( 2 Timothy 1:10). Hallelujah !

God’s purpose for your present crises is to bless you beyond you, to take you to a new level, a new ministry & to culminate in God- designed – destiny.

Have a positive mindset when you go through trials – you are not just going through it but you are growing through it !
A pregnant woman is mentally prepared to go through the “ordeal” because she knows that after the pain she will embrace her bundle of joy. Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning ( Psalm 30:5). Your sorrows shall be turned into joy & your mourning into dancing ( John 16:20; Psalm 30:11)
Remember , after the cross you are the Boss , after the shame you will have a name , after the pain there is always a gain in Jesus name ! Amen 🙏

Have a joyful weekend because you are the righteousness of God on account of Jesus!

“I will go into Your house with burnt offerings; I will pay You my vows, Which my lips have uttered And my mouth has spoken when I was in trouble.”
Psalms‬ ‭66:13-14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The law governing the Burnt Offering in Leviticus Chapter 1 , depicts the sacrificial death of Our Lord Jesus as the Burnt Offering that brought redemption to the entire human race. He became sin with our sinfulness so that we might became righteous with His righteousness! Hallelujah!!
For us to become His righteousness, takes our free will *( Leviticus 1:3) *and place our hand on the head of the burnt offering which means to openly agree and confess to exchange our sins, sicknesses, failures, stress & all problems with His righteousness, His health, His strength, His peace and His prosperity .

The Psalmist says that when he was in trouble, he would simply go to God in prayer and exchange his problems with His solutions. He would seek God’s intervention in his trials.

Here is the key! During the time of trouble , seek His favor instead of justifying that you are innocent & the ordeal was unfair because every problem has a purpose to bring you promotion far beyond your wildest imagination which you don’t deserve. This is exactly what is meant as holding on to His righteousness instead of justifying your stand. Seek Him today to see sure solution to your problems ! Amen 🙏

“Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness: Thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress; Have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer.” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭4:1‬ ‭KJV‬‬

David the Psalmist declares that when he was in distress, God enlarged him. So also, when you feel that you are stressed out due to fiery trials, it is then God enlarges you and brings you to rest . Amen !

David didn’t see his God-given-potentiality until he was challenged by Goliath. He knew that God had bestowed upon him the all-conquering -power. But, people saw that power during the great and dreadful encounter with Goliath.
What is the secret of this all-conquering -God’s-ability in him? It’s because David saw God as his righteousness ( T’sidkenu). He believed and confessed that His God who is His righteousness has also made him righteous.
Yes my beloved, God made Jesus to become sin with our sinfulness so that we might become righteous with His righteousness
( 2 Corinthians 5:21). That’s the secret of success!!

When you believe and confess Jesus as your righteousness – your T’sidkenu, you will begin to experience His great love for you and sure confidence shall spring up from within you. You will know that the fiery trials will eventually result in fabulous triumphs. This confidence in you will take the bull by its horn and will conquer giants just the way David conquered Goliath.

Sickness will bow down to you. Depression will vanish away into thin air. People will crown you with their appreciations. All because you truly believed and confessed that Jesus died for your sins and made you righteous forever! Amen 🙏

“And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. So he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed. Then Moses said, “I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn.””
‭‭Exodus‬ ‭3:2-3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The Angel of the Lord appeared to Moses in a flame of fire that set the bush burning yet not consumed .
The burning bush was a reflection of Moses’ life that had fiery trials for 40 years.
God had spoken to him that he would deliver a whole nation out of slavery and bandage from Egypt to lead them to a land following with milk and honey. However, the opposite happened . He killed an Egyptian not knowing the right way – righteous way of God.

He was labelled as a murderer and a traitor by the Egyptians. He wad labelled as a deceiver by his own countrymen( the children of Israel). His own conscious smote him calling him a coward. It was a season of fiery trials! Moses who was somebody is now nobody . His thoughts kept haunting him for 40 years until the Angel of the Lord appeared to him in the burning bush, to reveal that he was not alone during these days of trials & great agony . God was with him just the way Angel was in the bush that was burning. That’s the reason for the mystery that the bush was burning & yet not burnt !

Yes my beloved, the ordeals in life that you have gone through or still going through may have caused a great discomfort and anguish and pain but did not consume you or could not destroy you because the Great I AM is with you and is in you( in the burning bush)! The burning will result into blessing today!
Christ is in you is the secret that you are not consumed in your fiery trials! He is the hope of glory and great exaltation. He is the Spirit of Glory bringing out His hidden blessing to fruition this day ! Amen 🙏

Christ in me – The Spirit of Glory

“Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy.” I Peter‬ ‭4:12-13‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Sequoia trees are the 6th tallest trees in the world. Its average growth ranges between 150 and 300 feet. They live for over 3000 years . Its trunk has an average diameter of 20-26 feet in width. A mature giant sequoia tree produces seed cones with the size of each seed around 1 1/2 to 3 inch . These seeds can live upto 20 years .

But the most interesting fact is that these seed cones are activated by fire. The heat from the forest fire will dry out the outer cones and in a week or two it releases the seed which has a great potential to germinate and grow.

Likewise my beloved , when you go through fiery trials in life, challenges that press you against the wall, be assured that the seeds of greatness that are locked up in you begin to germinate and grow. The seed of promotion , the seed of prominence, the seed of dominion, the seed of great ability ,the seed of unusual favor begins to manifest , germinate and grow in you.

Be of good cheer my beloved ! Repeated medical reports that show no sign of improvement, may look like a fire trial but the seed of divine health is germinating in you.
You will become the epitome of health, vitality & youthfulness.

The Seed of all possibilities is in you! Christ in you is the Spirit of glory, causing this seed to germinate and grow through the means of fiery trials , bringing out the supernatural ability and wisdom that the world will marvel.
This week your hidden talents will emerge & you will excel in Jesus name ! Amen 🙏

“This is the same Moses they had rejected with the words, ‘Who made you ruler and judge?’ He was sent to be their ruler and deliverer by God himself, through the angel who appeared to him in the bush.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭7:35‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Moses was rejected by his own people to be their deliverer when God had divinely destined & revealed to him that he would deliver his brethren from their slavery and bondage.

It was God’s will but it was not the right time yet because he didn’t understand the right way i.e God’s way of deliverance. As a result , Moses fled from Egypt when he killed an Egyptian, trying to defend his own countryman. He carried this guilt for 40 years . He was labelled as a murderer, traitor, coward & deceiver.
The world defined him as everything contrary to his calling . He carried this definition of the world for 40 sorrowful years & was frustrated as a failure . He thought it was all over. He messed up his life by one act of a rash behavior not understanding God’s way .
But God doesn’t define us by our mistakes, but He refines us through our mistakes.
This same Moses who was defined as a traitor, deceiver, coward , became the deliverer and the champion of champions who is highly exalted in the eyes of Israel till today .

My beloved , God has defined you as the Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus forever. You are highly favoured by Him. His banner over you is love. This is your true identity. Don’t allow the world , not even yourself to define you . Accept and receive God’s view of you and you will see what God has promised come to fulfilment in His time in Jesus name!

“Otherwise Christ would have had to suffer many times since the creation of the world. But he has appeared once for all at the culmination of the ages to do away with sin by the sacrifice of himself. so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭9:26, 28‬ ‭NIV‬‬

The assurance that all my sins, whether past or present or future are all paid for by Jesus Christ & I am totally forgiven and made righteous forever is the secret behind my success story.Hallelujah!

We may wonder how all my future sins are also forgiven ! That is why the author of Hebrews writes clearly that, had this not been the absolute truth, Christ should have suffered again and again .

Christ came the first time into this world to die for all the sins of the entire humanity once & for all. He will come again gloriously not to bear our sins but to bring eternal salvation when our physical bodies will be completely transformed that can never be subject to sin, sickness and even death . What a glorious hope we have ! Hallelujah

If we struggle now with guilt and condemnation of what we did in the past, we haven’t come to terms with this divine truth of complete forgiveness and this misunderstanding results in all other problems in our lives.

My beloved , ALL your sins were completely borne by Jesus Christ & He has made you righteous forever. You are His most beloved & favorite child! He has accepted you the way you are, having forgiven all your sins . You need to forgive yourself by receiving His abundant grace and the gift of righteousness and keep confessing the same. Sooner or later you will discover the power of sin which grips you, leaving you & you will never be able to find it even if you look for it. Amen 🙏
