Christ in me – God’s set time for my glory !

“Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases,”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭103:1-3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

True thankfulness comes from your heart when you realise that God has forgiven all the sins of your past and keeps forgiving your sins moment by moment in the present too.
*The guilt of the past and the fear of failure in the present keeps us from truly enjoying His great love for us which causes thankfulness .
The constant self awareness that I might lose my salvation, the constant self awareness that I need to be spiritually disciplined, keeps me on a performance mindset to win His favour. This makes me to be focused on myself to feel guilty, whereas God loves me just the way I am irrespective of whether I fail or flourish .
Amen 🙏

Spiritual discipline such as regular praying , regular reading of the Bible, regular church fellowship & so on are very much needed . But the point is whether I am getting disciplined spiritually so that I can have more of God or I am allowing Him to have more of me that results in spiritual discipline!
God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that those who believe in Him shall have everlasting life. When you allow Him to have you, then you have Him in you who energises you to be spiritually disciplined. Hallelujah!

The greatest gift that God has given us is the gift of righteousness. He declares you & me righteous moment by moment without any disruption because Jesus died for all our sins & for all times.
Allow this truth to sink in you.
Accept God’s declaration that every moment He sees you righteous by the power of the Blood of Jesus, whether you fail or not .
Just acknowledge Him by saying , “ I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus” and you will experience moment by moment liberty that will spring up true praise from within unto God . Amen 🙏

Christ in me – God’s set time for my glory !

“And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out and say, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” Then many warned him to be quiet; but he cried out all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!” So Jesus stood still and commanded him to be called. Then they called the blind man, saying to him, “Be of good cheer. Rise, He is calling you.””
‭‭Mark‬ ‭10:47-49‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

When God’s set time to favour you comes, verbalize your faith loud and clear. Let’s not recline & say, “If God wills, let Him do it “. That’s not faith. That’s not actually verbalising your eager expectation to come to pass. My beloved, to actualize your desire now, speak forth and cry out to Him as if it is ‘now or never’. Bartimaeus knew well that if he loses that opportunity by allowing Jesus to pass by, he may not get it again.

What is interesting is that when this blind man began to cry out, many threatened him to shut up. Was he chickened out by their threats? No, He cried out all the more. His confession began to be more feverish than before. Don’t allow any negative voice to talk you out of God’s intent to bring His miracle power upon you & through you . You are right now positioned in God’s set time to favour you in Jesus name!

Keep declaring that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus feverishly and the Lord will protect you from every wrong that is designed to distract you from your destiny or to destroy you before your time of destiny. No weapon fashioned against you will prosper because you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus!
Also keep declaring, “Christ in me, actualises God’s set time to favour me now” and you will see it happen today!

Verbalize your faith to actualize His favour !!Amen 🙏

Christ in me – God’s set time for my glory !

“And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out and say, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” So Jesus stood still and commanded him to be called. Then they called the blind man, saying to him, “Be of good cheer. Rise, He is calling you.” And throwing aside his garment, he rose and came to Jesus. So Jesus answered and said to him, “What do you want Me to do for you?” The blind man said to Him, “Rabboni, that I may receive my sight.” Then Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the road.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭10:47, 49-52‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

During those days the blind men wore a garment that signified that they were blind and they needed support & livelihood .
So also was this blind man Bartimaeus mentioned in the passage above who was on the road side, with his garment on & was begging alms.
The moment he heard that Jesus was passing by, he knew that the set time of God had come to favour him!
Immediately he cried out with all his heart and threw away his ‘ blind’ garment by which he showed his intent loud and clear that he wanted a change desperately. Yes, he wanted to break away from mediocrity and monotony to liberty. He wanted to move away from people’s mercy to God’s favour. He also wanted do away with support-lifestyle to walk in divine-destiny.

Yes my beloved, make your heart’s intent clear to God and the people around. Your cry will make Jesus to stand still and will cause you to hear His comforting voice. Thats the time to do away with the “old garment”.
God’s set time has come! Get into the action mode. Say to Him, “ Pass me not O Gentle Saviour…”.
You are at the brink of your miracle! Shake off the dust of the gloomy past! Throw off the old garment of “people-dependent “ for, it is better to trust God than to put confidence in people & princes.
As Jesus is reaching out to you, you reach out to Him. That contact is the intersecting point between ‘kairos’ and ‘chronos’, resulting in the miracle – net breaking abundance, divine health, promotion to the next level far beyond human ability & imagination! Amen 🙏

“Awake, awake! Put on your strength, O Zion; Put on your beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city! For the uncircumcised and the unclean shall no longer come to you. Shake yourself from the dust, arise; Sit down, O Jerusalem! Loose yourself from the bonds of your neck, O captive daughter of Zion!”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭52:1-2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

When you put frozen to thaw in the microwave, there is a set a time for the job. Until that time you simply wait. But, when that set time has come, the microwave has completed its function and sends out a signal that the food is ready. The moment you get the signal that the frozen food is ready for use, your posture changes. You are now in the active mode of preparation.

So is also God’s set time to favour you. This morning you are receiving God’s signal saying that the set time has come. Now get into the active mode. Shake off the your disappointments, hurts and woeful past. Awake & arise , beloved Zion! Put on the royal garment called ‘ The Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus’. Put on Christ for, our active confession of faith is “putting on Christ “.

When you confess that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, God works on your attitude!
Also, when you confess that Christ in you is your glorious hope, God works on your altitude! Hallelujah!
God’s set time to favour you has come !

Christ in me – God’s set time for my glory !

“But My covenant I will establish with Isaac, whom Sarah shall bear to you at this set time next year.””
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭17:21‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

When God spoke the above words to Abraham, he was 99 years old and his wife Sarah was 89. By this time, both of them had gone past the age of child bearing. Monotony had set in their life because of their long wait for a child and also with aging, life was on a deceleration mode with their end almost round the corner.

But, God intervened in the cycle of monotony and deceleration. He intercepted and reversed the trend instantaneously . Acceleration began, life once again blossomed, youthfulness returned & they were full of fun and frolic . When their youthfulness was restored, the net outcome was a bouncing and chubby little baby in their arms.
I can imagine the exceeding joy the renewed couple were having . They began to laugh and laugh & it was so loud that their neighbours were awestruck . It was unbelievable & beyond any reason or logic. It was a very unusual favour of God!

My beloved, you are a child of God because of Jesus! Also, a child of Abraham and Sarah by covenant!! If God could do the unusual act of favour in their lives then, how much more in your life now ? Your set time has come! There is a paradigm shift taking place now. God is taking you to a new level on account of Jesus’ obedience at the Cross. The Holy Spirit is intercepting the downward trend and the tides are changing now . You have transcended into His favoured zone!
Believe and confess that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus feverishly & receive His uncommon favour today!
The set time has come! Amen 🙏

“You will arise and have mercy on Zion; For the time to favor her, Yes, the set time, has come.” Psalms‬ ‭102:13‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Time is generally defined in the Greek as “Chronos” and “Kairos”.

Chronos (Time) represents a chronological time that is calculated in seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years, decades, centuries and millennia. This is our normal life cycle.
Whereas, Kairos (Set Time) represents a God-appointed time when something is to occur. It is divine intervention in your life, to accelerate the process on your behalf. It is unplanned, unexpected and unscheduled when God decides to bless you or favour you.

The preacher in Ecclesiastes‬ ‭1:9-10 says, “That which has been is what will be, That which is done is what will be done, And there is nothing new under the sun. Is there anything of which it may be said, “See, this is new?” It has already been in ancient times before us.” This is the voice of every human being who has been caught in “chronos” cycle of life, which in its monotony and tiredness, eventually leads to frustration and hopelessness.

In such times, God steps into this life cycle of man that was actually meant for good, but is sadly drawn away from God because of self dependency. His stepping in is to set you up and to loose you from the vicious cycle that has taken away the joy of your life.
Of all the visitations of God, the most unique, the most powerful and the most God defining moment was, when Jesus stepped into the lives of mankind on earth. He has given a new meaning to life on earth for every human being. His Presence in us brings wholeness and fulfilment of our dreams & desires. Hallelujah!

My beloved, today is your God moment ! His set time to favour you has come !! His favour is the intersection of His Set time ( kairos ) upon your present time ( Chronos). This is the day! Amen 🙏

“In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭1:11, 18‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

In this world where ‘survival of the fittest’ has become the main motto, every one strives to protect his position, his wealth, his rights and so on. Whereas, God has an inheritance written exclusively in your name before you were conceived in your mother’s womb, even before the world began. This can neither be stolen nor can anyone impersonate you to have your own blessing unless you wilfully forfeit it. But no one will forfeit if he/ she truly understands his/her God-predestined inheritance.

His inheritance not only includes wealth but also includes your wellbeing in every facet of your life. Yes, His wealth also includes divine health to enjoy it! Hallelujah!
His inheritance that is already written in your name, is far beyond your wildest imagination. God is not like Isaac who was fooled by his younger son and went on to bless him so much that he had no blessing left for his older son ( Genesis 27:30,35-38). Nor is God like Elijah who wondered when Elisha asked him for a double portion blessing that he asked for a hard thing ( 2 Kings 2:9,10). REMEMBER, YOU CAN NEVER OVER-ASK HIM, HOWEVER HE WILL OVER-ANSWER YOU . PRAISE JESUS !

Experiencing His unmatched and unparalleled inheritance is through believing that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Most High God & He has already made you righteous forever. When you continuously speak your true identity ( I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus), God hastens His set time for your glory – your glorious inheritance! Amen 🙏

Ephesians‬ ‭1:4-6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
“just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.”

‭‭God chose us not based on our performance or good conduct but He chose us even before the world had its beginning. Does it not baffle us? It should !

He predestined us not to be as robots, nor to be as slaves but as sons and daughters of His own by Jesus Christ! This is simply amazing and it is an awesome truth!!
We are the most favoured beings among the entire creation of God. But, our experience & our state in the present time may not exhibit the same. We are also so much performance minded ( our own working out to achieve certain things) that we greatly miss out what He intends us to be now. We try desperately to change ourselves so that we could please God whereas His predestination/choice for our lives is never based on our actions but His great love for us!

We simply need to align ourselves with His declaration upon our lives that we are the sons and daughters of the God Almighty because of Jesus Christ who shed His blood and made us righteous forever. Accept that you are His most favoured child and that your prayers can never go in vain because God is your Father. As you believe, your actions will soon follow your thoughts in Jesus name! You are the most precious & the most highly favored child of the Most High God, the Father!! Amen 🙏

Romans‬ ‭9:23-24‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
“and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory, even us whom He called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles..”

Nothing comes to God as a surprise nor is He in for a surprise when something happens because it is all predestined. As a matter of factly, we are the ones surprised by His doings. He turns the table in our favour for which we didn’t labour. He has purposed before time began, to bless us and never to curse us. He has predestined us ( whether jew or non-jew) for greatness and excellence!
When we align with His predestined plan for us, He ensures that we experience His desired destiny for our lives.
The true revelation of God’s predestined plan for us, makes God’s set time to favour us now!

We might have done so many wrong things in life but accepting His predestined plan for us, scores out all wrongs and puts us in right standing with God. This is the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ. Confessing, “ *I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus” hastens God’s set time for our blessing. Amen 🙏

Romans‬ ‭9:10-12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“And not only this, but when Rebecca also had conceived by one man, even by our father Isaac (for the children not yet being born, nor having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works but of Him who calls), it was said to her, “The older shall serve the younger.”

 

Our God is a God of predestination! He works things out as He has predestined in eternity, even before time began.

He didn’t consult us as to what He should do or what He has intended to do. Whatever He intends to do is always the very best for us. He only needs our cooperation* as He works things out in our lives according to the foreknowledge & the blueprint.

 

He also doesn’t change His plan toward us based on our conduct in this life.

His plan to bless us is not because we conduct the affairs of our life well nor does He reverse the good that He has already planned because we have messed up our lives. He is sovereign & He goes by His predestination!

However, it is possible to defer His best intent to bless us because of our unbelief. But, no one can ever stop what He has predestined to do for us . On the other hand, you can hasten the process to actualize His predestination upon your life by just believing. Hallelujah!

 

The first and foremost thing you need to believe is that God has made you righteous forever through Jesus Christ alone! He is the only One who shed His blood to do away with all your inconsistencies and iniquities from your life forever. You are truly the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus! As you verbalize this truth, you will actualize His predestination in your life speedily in Jesus Name! Amen 🙏
