Christ in me – the Fulness of God !
“Then Jesus turned, and seeing them following, said to them, “What do you seek?” They said to Him, “Rabbi” (which is to say, when translated, Teacher), “where are You staying?” He said to them, “Come and see.” They came and saw where He was staying, and remained with Him that day (now it was about the tenth hour).”
John 1:38-39 NKJV
The very first words of the Lord Jesus in the Gospel according to John, were to the disciples of John, asking them what they were seeking for. The curiosity of the disciples was as to how this Lamb of God could solve their needs when a lamb in itself appears weak & is in need of help?!
God who is the Majestic Lion of the tribe of Judah, became a Lamb for the sake of mankind. He is meek but not weak! He is God Almighty!! He knows exactly what your needs are and yet He wants you to verbalise them. No matter how big your needs are or how desperately you need them, when you speak out your need to Him, He will not only answer your needs surely but will also certainly surpass your expectations. He does things that surpasses all human understanding ( Philippians 4:6,7).
Do you believe this ? O Lord! Yes, I do!!
He invites you today to His awesome banquet saying, “Come and see!”
My beloved, as we come to the end of this week, Jesus is inviting you to His banquet of plenty, peace and prosperity (The blessing of the Lord makes one rich and He adds no sorrow with it : Proverbs 10:22). He prepares a table before you in the presence of all your enemies, to their burning envy and utter amazement. (Psalm 23:5).
An encounter with Jesus will counter attack every force of darkness. The way God chooses to punish your enemies is by blessing you, far beyond the wildest imagination of all your enemies. Hallelujah! Amen 🙏
