Christ My Manifesting Glory!
“Dwell in this land, and I will be with you and bless you; for to you and your descendants I give all these lands, and I will perform the oath which I swore to Abraham your father. So Isaac dwelt in Gerar. And the men of the place asked about his wife. And he said, “She is my sister”; for he was afraid to say, “She is my wife,” because he thought, “lest the men of the place kill me for Rebekah, because she is beautiful to behold.”” Genesis 26:3, 6-7 NKJV
Isaac was afraid that the place where God told him to dwell in was not safe enough because he presumed that the people of the land would kill him and take away his wife as she looked very beautiful. Therefore, he lied to the people saying that she was his sister.
Isaac couldn’t trust that God will never lead him to a place where He can’t preserve & protect his life. We fear because we haven’t understood God’s amazing love for us that orchestrates our lives meticulously . Fear involves torment. (“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.” I John 4:18 )
My beloved , Jesus loves you just the way you are. He receives you irrespective of your failures and flaws. He is your protection . No evil shall befall you. When He calls you to a place , He will keep you safely there as well. Yes, God’s will can never take you to a place where you cannot be protected & provided for.
Feed on His love. Look at the Cross where He hung naked ,completely butchered , tortured & mocked at just because He loves you. He has made you righteous by His blood and He is only waiting for your invite to dwell in you to manifest His glory through you. Hallelujah! Amen 🙏
