Christ My Exalting Glory!
“For then I will restore to the peoples a pure language, That they all may call on the name of the Lord, To serve Him with one accord.”
Zephaniah 3:9 NKJV
“The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever; The judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether. Who can understand his errors? Cleanse me from secret faults. Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; Let them not have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless, And I shall be innocent of great transgression.”
Psalms 19:9, 12-13 NKJV
The word ‘pure’ is ‘barar’ in Hebrew which means complete cleansing, purged from all secret sins and severed from guilty feelings.
When we speak in tongues, God cuts the umbilical cord that was linking us to our past which we actually wish to forget.
Speaking in tongues cleanses us from secrets sins and keeps us from presumptuous sins .
Sometimes the sins that we commit could even surprise us and we may wonder in disbelief saying, ‘how did I even do that?’ However, when God gives you the pure language ( speaking in tongues ) we are completely disassociated from such scary sinful deeds .
Continuous speaking in tongues develops in us a strong hatred toward sins, which in other words is called ‘Fear of the Lord’. Hallelujah!
Remember, the Blood of Jesus was required to usher in the pure language. Yes, the Blood of Jesus made you righteous forever and filled you with the Holy Spirit. Speaking in tongues makes you to live in the divine reality of New Creation! Hallelujah! Amen 🙏
