Jesus your Firewall !!
“who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,”
Hebrews 1:3 NKJV
The Lord Jesus when He proceeded from God the Father into this world, He came as a normal human being subject to all limitations that any one of us experience. He grew up like any other human being .There was no external beauty or charm that made him unique from the rest of mankind .
But, what was unique about Him while He was on earth was His unmatched love for mankind & the most willing heart to go through any ordeal to save mankind from every enemy . (The chiefest enemy being Sin because all other enemies are off shoots of sin ). He purged all our sins by His own blood , making sure that nothing can ever challenge us , deprive us or rob us . Then He sat down at the right hand of God to ensure that we reign with Him while seated there.
My beloved , today what is required of us to confess our true identity is, “ I am the Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. “ By saying so , you are giving the highest honor to His Blood . Similarly, by confessing that Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father, you give the Highest honor to His Holy Spirit . Amen 🙏
