Christ My Exalting Glory!
““As for Me,” says the Lord, “this is My covenant with them: My Spirit who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants’ descendants,” says the Lord, “from this time and forevermore.””
Isaiah 59:21 NKJV
God made two most important covenants with man :
1. Covenant with Israel at Mount Sinai where He gave the 10 commandments through Moses
2. Covenant with us all at Mount Zion where He gave His Holy Spirit through the Lord Jesus .
The first covenant demanded righteousness through the obedience of Israel but no one could obey all the commandments all the time.
However, the second covenant supplied righteousness to all mankind through the obedience of Jesus at the Cross and He gave His precious Holy Spirit to everyone who believes in Christ’s sacrifice – His death for our sins and His resurrection for us to walk in newness of life.
The coming of the Holy Spirit in a believer’s life resulted in never ending blessings and
everlasting zoe life in us. When you allow the Holy Spirit to function in your life, my beloved , your struggles cease and your destiny is seized.
This week is the week where you will witness the working of the Holy Spirit in every aspect of your life. You will arise and shine effortlessly, all because you are the righteousness of God through the obedience of Christ . Amen 🙏
