Behold Jesus the Faithful King and experience His resurrection power !
“By faith Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed, and she bore a child when she was past the age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised.”
Hebrews 11:11 NKJV
Sarah had great struggles in her faith walk so much so at a given point of time she had given up the idea of having a child through her husband Abraham.
She had gone past the age of child bearing and it became biologically impossible to bear a child. Her desire to have a child earlier made her even to compromise on her exclusive rights over her husband. Alas! such a compromise made her life even more miserable & added more agony to her barren life.
But, she walked the righteous way, fully cooperating with her husband in fulfilling her husband’s call of God. It seemed that nothing was working for her concerning child bearing and she gave up on that hope. It is at such a moment, God Almighty , the Faithful One showed up in her life magnificently. After this encounter with God she realised that even when her faith runs out, she can still bank on His faithfulness to fulfill His promises.
In Sarah’s own inner courtroom of thoughts, where accusing and excusing were happening, she took the seat of a judge and declared GOD AS FAITHFUL. This judgement of declaring God as faithful settled everything.
Lo and behold, soon she conceived a child beyond human imagination and medical possibility. Hallelujah!
Yes my beloved, declare God as Faithful in the midst of all your struggles in faith and you will experience His resurrection power to reign in your life in Jesus name ! Amen 🙏
