Grace for you today !
Having much more!!
“Moreover the law entered that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace abounded much more, so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Romans 5:20-21 NKJV
This is too good ! If sin can increase, then the Grace of God can increase much more rapidly. If you are struggling with any die-hard habit and you have done everything possible to get rid of it but haven’t succeeded then the above verses can really fix your problem.
Behaviour modification, religious practices & all such, attempt to direct us to quit our bad practices/ addictions/sins etc. But, it’s only the Grace of the Lord Jesus and His gift of Righteousness that *directs the sin ( bad practices ) to quit us *. This is awesome !Hallelujah!!
You don’t need rules and more rules to overcome rather you need “The much more Grace” to do the job for you. Jesus is that personified grace in your life! He has finished the work at the Cross. Your problem was fixed at the Cross once & for all. *You are not at all required to fix it *.
You may ask , “ Pastor, what is that I should do now ?”
Just confess that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. You need to only speak and not to do. By speaking , you activate the Grace to super abound in your life because Grace reigns through righteousness as stated in the verse above.
Keep speaking that you are righteousness of God in Christ Jesus and you will experience your problems quit you. Amen 🙏 .
