One of the most cherished words in the Holy Scriptures is the word “suddenly”. The advent of the Holy Spirit was so sudden that it took the whole world by surprise.
Here was a bunch of believers who believed that their Lord and Saviour Jesus had risen from the dead . Then, out of nowhere suddenly they became the talk of the town.
This was a small group of believing Jews, unpopular, inarticulate and despised but were ushered to center stage which was a shocking reality to the world.
They were the chosen ones who were around 120 in number, worshiping the Lord in a remote corner, hailing from a remote state called Galilee but came to limelight, controlling the hem of affairs, like a remote control switch.
Who made this sudden paradigm shift ?
The Blessed Holy Spirit!
My beloved, it doesn’t matter who you are , where you come from, how tough is the situation you are presently in. Embrace the blessed Holy Spirit & make Him as your inheritance. Expect the sudden turnaround of events because He loves to surprise you ! Amen 🙏
