Grace for you today !
God who rewards you !!
“And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong.””
Luke 23:41 NKJV
One of the two thieves who hung on the cross by the side of the Lord Jesus , began to confess saying that they ( 2 of them )were getting rewarded justly for the evil deeds . However the Lord Jesus was unjustly rewarded – evil for good. But it resulted in our salvation .
Today , we are rewarded for the good, that the Lord did . When the lashes fell on the back of the Lord, it was to reward us with perfect health.
By hanging on the cross, Jesus who knew no sin & did no sin became a curse in order to bring blessings upon us. His shame was to bring us honor.
Everything Jesus went through was injustice as he was the sinless & blemishes Lamb. But it resulted in our justification – a reward to us for His sacrifice!
