Christ in me – Greater Glory
“Nathanael answered and said to Him, “Rabbi, You are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!” Jesus answered and said to him, “Because I said to you, ‘I saw you under the fig tree,’ do you believe? You will see greater things than these.” And He said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, hereafter you shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man.””
John 1:49-51 NKJV
The Greater glory is nothing but seeing the supernatural!
The Lord Jesus greatly appreciated Nathanael because he believed . Yes , believing the word that Jesus spoke !
In contrast, Nicodemus could not believe when Jesus spoke that one needs to be born again. Nicodemus used his mind to reason when spiritual things need to be perceived is the spirit. For this is what is meant when the Lord said, “If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things?” John 3:12
Nathanael believed , therefore he was promised to see the heavenly things. Nicodemus couldn’t cash on the spiritual because he wouldn’t believe.
My beloved, Just believe His word & receive His prophecies and if you struggle to believe, you can still approach Him like the father of the demon possessed son – “Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!”
Mark 9:24
The Lord is willing to help you no matter what your spiritual level is! Even your whisper to Him expressing , “Lord, help my unbelief and help me receive grace and abundance of grace and also of Your righteousness which is a gift”, will make a whole world of difference making you to believe to see the supernatural . Amen 🙏
