Excellence unlocks your inheritance!
“to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you,”
I Peter 1:4 NKJV
God’s inheritance for you is first of all incorruptible ( means it is indestructible), secondly undefiled ( means free from all contamination ) and thirdly it does not fade away ( means enduring ). In essence, it is permanent and lasting possession forever. Can you think of anything that can pass these three tests ?
His inheritance for you is already reserved in heaven – no one can steal it from you , no one can corrupt it and nothing can cause it to fade away.
If this assurance is fully ascertained & truly understood then we will neither fume nor fret. What a relief ! All our cares and concerns will vanish in thin air.
That’s why Apostle Paul prays -“the eyes of my understanding be enlightened that I may know what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance collectively given to us” ( Ephesians 1:18).
May the Holy Spirit direct our understanding into His excellent inheritance prepared for you . Amen 🙏
