Christ your Glory !!
“And the LORD called Samuel again the third time. So he arose and went to Eli, and said, “Here I am, for you did call me.” Then Eli perceived that the LORD had called the boy. Therefore Eli said to Samuel, “Go, lie down; and it shall be, if He calls you, that you must say, ‘Speak, LORD, for Your servant hears.’ ” So Samuel went and lay down in his place.”
I Samuel 3:8-9 NKJV
This is an amazing passage describing the conversation between the boy Samuel , the Priest Eli and the Lord God .
Also a classical example of the transition from reflected / indirect glory to Direct / Radiant glory . God who spoke to samuel through Eli, was now all set to speak directly to Samuel without an intermediary .
However, only the Priest knew how to discern the voice of the Lord. And it was Eli ,the Priest’s advice and guidance that translated him from boy Samuel to Prophet Samuel.
Today, the role of a teacher is very vital in every student’s life . A teacher’s word of advice or a point of guidance can be pivotal in transforming the life of the student so dramatically that the world will marvel in awe seeing the ordinary turned into extraordinary.
Teachers are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. We need to declare this specially over those whom we know by name & who are directly involved in our lives. We can make a world of difference in our children’s life by declaring that their teachers are Christ’s righteousness.
My beloved , my honest & humble advice is that you should continuously confess over yourself and over your loved ones the righteousness of God which in Christ Jesus. Amen 🙏
