“Because you have made the LORD, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place,
For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways. In their hands they shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone.”
Psalms 91:9, 11-12 NKJV
When you make the Lord Jesus your inheritance, the angels work with you as body guards just like the way personal guards accompany the Head of State .
God wants you to establish His righteousness in the land you dwell. He has given His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways. He wishes His children to be bold like lion and humble like lamb. This is the very nature of our Lord Jesus. He is both the Lion and the Lamb.
You should know when to switch from being Lamb to Lion or Lion to Lamb. This discernment comes when you are soaked in the revelation of the Righteousness of Christ .
When you move from a defensive mind set to progressive / offensive mindset , the angels shall bear you up in their hands that you may never stumble.
Your confession that Christ is your righteousness should result in strong conviction that teaches you to switch from being lamb to lion . The Kingdom of God suffers violence but the violent take it by force. It’s not physical assault but spiritual aggression through His righteousness which is by the power of His resurrection. Amen 🙏
