“For if the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry of righteousness exceeds much more in glory.”
‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭3:9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Yet another comparison between the two covenants. Ministry of condemnation (written and engraved on stone which is ministry of death) vs Ministry of Righteousness (written and engraved on hearts which transforms lives, also called as the Ministry of the Spirit).

What comparison can you draw between a 1000 watts bulb and the Sun ? Sun remains supreme at all times & beyond comparison, so also the Ministry of Righteousness.

Ministry of Righteousness focuses on the righteous acts of Jesus – His perfect obedience to God to make every man righteous
Ministry of Righteousness ministers everlasting righteousness (forever made righteous) to every man by the blood of Jesus.
Ministry of Righteousness talks about no condemnation & forever blessed. And the revelation goes on and on , from glory to glory, transforming us into the image of Christ. Amen 🙏

Life can and will definitely be transformed if we follow the same principle what Moses followed when God wrote on the tablets of stone. What is that principle which Moses followed ?

“Then the Lord said to Moses, “Come up to Me on the mountain and be there; and I will give you tablets of stone, and the law and commandments which I have written, that you may teach them.” Exodus‬ ‭24:12‬ ‭‬‬

“COME UP TO ME AND BE THERE”
That’s the command Moses received, he followed it precisely & saw results.

For any kind of writing it takes a certain amount of time & so also it’s with God writing on the tablet of our hearts. Every day , give your time …. Yes, quality time to God. Quality time means your whole hearted time to Him without any distraction or reservation. It may be an hour or just a few minutes. But as the Spirit of the Living God writes , allow Him & you will experience your mind being healed , emotions being restored from hurts and disappointments and your will being strengthened according to His will. You will begin to experience inexplicable joy & liberty being set free from slavery as He writes on your heart.

The first & foremost thing God writes in your heart is that you are truly the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus! Transformation begins there taking you from glory to glory!

“clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart.”
‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭3:3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The author is comparing between the handwriting of God on the tablets of stone when He gave Moses (the Ten Commandments ) against what He writes in the tablets of our hearts today.

The law that was given by Moses didn’t change the life of the people rather it brought guilt, shame & death. Whereas, the law that is written in our hearts by the Spirit today brings about a radical change and life transformation. In this, the prophetical word of Jeremiah was fulfilled – “none shall teach his neighbour ‘know the Lord’, for all shall know Me from the least of them to the greatest.”

This is glorious! God Almighty comes down to the least of all to reveal Himself and raises him to the highest level. Amazing Grace! This was made possible through the forgiveness of all our sins by the precious Blood of Jesus which declared us righteous. It’s all because of the obedience & sacrifice of the Lord Jesus. Hallelujah! Amen 🙏

A poet expresses himself & his feelings through his poem. A writer expresses his imaginations and dreams through his writing. A painter expresses his emotions through his paintings.

Even so, you are an epistle of Christ ! You are God’s expression ! You are His handwriting ! His expresses His love , His unmerited favor and unparalleled grace in and through us.
He expresses Himself in us through the handwriting of the Spirit of the Living God.

My beloved, this week, starting from now, God expresses His Favor on you , His blessing through you for the world to marvel .
You are His handiwork through the handwriting of the Most Blessed Spirit of the Living God. Just allow Him to write and express what He wishes & dreams through your life. Amen 🙏

“So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus. But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!””
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭14:29-30‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

No one ever walked on the water except for the Lord Jesus and Peter, his disciple.
Jesus did extraordinary things during his time on earth . We may say that it’s because He is God. That’s very true. He is truly God Almighty.
But what about Peter? A man like us with all sorts of weaknesses. Yet, he did it.

God desires man to be like Him and do as He did. Even today His desire is to make you great, invincible, a water Walker & more than a conqueror!

Peter walked on the water but later on began to sink. As long as Peter’s eyes were on Jesus, he walked on water so also keep your focus on Jesus & be a water walker.
Keep confessing that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus & keep experiencing miracles. Amen 🙏

“Then the sea arose because a great wind was blowing. So when they had rowed about three or four miles, they saw Jesus walking on the sea and drawing near the boat; and they were afraid.”
‭‭John‬ ‭6:18-19‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

What the disciples first saw was that the sea arose. But what they didn’t notice properly was that it was because of a great wind that was blowing, causing the havoc.

Wind signifies spirit . Since this was contrary wind , it refers to evil powers at work.
They could literally see the raging sea , causing waves to enter into the boat but they couldn’t realize the real cause behind that.

Many a times we see people as an object of opposition without realizing the force behind it. Husband blames his wife and wife her husband. Employee blames his employer and employer his employee…. the blame game of Eden goes on & on !
What we need to see is the Saviour in our struggles…Christ in the midst of our contrary winds!

Your confession that you are righteousness of God in Christ will open your understanding to see clearly. It calms your storms! Amen 🙏

“So when they had rowed about three or four miles, they saw Jesus walking on the sea and drawing near the boat; and they were afraid.But He said to them, “It is I; do not be afraid.”
‭‭John‬ ‭6:19, 20‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The disciples had rowed only 3-4 miles in 9 hours (according to Mathew 14:25 Jesus came walking on the sea in the fourth watch) Fourth watch is 3 am. If these disciples who were seasoned fishermen could just row a mere 3-4 miles in 9 long hours, you imagine what a struggle it was?!

Are you tired of such struggles in life? Rowing ..sowing ..borrowing….never ending hard work resulting in nothing?
It’s takes only the appearance of Jesus in the struggles you are going through that brings about a turn around.
The great news is that whether you call on Jesus or not in your struggles , yet He will surely appear to you to bring about a turn around.
This week I prophesy over you, “Your struggles are over!” & “Your agony is ended!”

This Jesus, Who is the Eternal Word, the Great I AM, will surely reveal Himself in your situation and bail to out, heal you completely, restore you abundantly & promote you exceedingly. Amen 🙏.

“And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked. And that day was the Sabbath. The Jews therefore said to him who was cured, “It is the Sabbath; it is not lawful for you to carry your bed.””
‭‭John‬ ‭5:9-10‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

When we don’t understand the intent of the law, we will end up misinterpreting the content of the law.

What is the purpose of the law ? Is it to prevent evil or to prevent good ? This poor man had been desperately waiting for over 38 years for his healing. When his long awaited healing finally came, he was instructed not to take his bed because that would violate the religious laws of Sabbath.

The Lord Jesus explained that Sabbath was made for man and not man for sabbath. Rules are framed to benefit man and not to enslave man.
God gave man the law with a purpose to bring life, but the deception of sin perverted the law . “And the commandment, which was to bring life, I found to bring death. For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it killed me.” Romans‬ ‭7:10-11‬ ‭

Therefore , Grace had to come through Jesus Christ so that man can be liberated from slavery and exceed the expectation of the law. Hallelujah! Amazing Grace !! Amazing Jesus !!!

The sick man answered Him, “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me.” Jesus said to him, “Rise, take up your bed and walk.” John‬ ‭5:7-8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Many of us suffer being victimized by unfair circumstances. We are marginalised by people and deprived of eligible promotion, bonuses and increments. On the other hand recent recruits are given better opportunities & preferences out of turn, unwarranted repeated chances. Yes !
This man in the above scripture was experiencing the same .
However, none of the above has any significance to the believer if he trusts Jesus. God the Father is your God Father !

It doesn’t matter whether people help you or not . It doesn’t matter whether people you trusted let you down always.
When you look up to Jesus, the help needed is at your door step. Jobs & new opportunities will come seeking you! God’s blessings will come seeking you, pin you down & overtake you! You are Highly favored! Remember, Jesus came to seek and save that which is lost & is the lowest. Amen 🙏

“For an angel went down at a certain time into the pool and stirred up the water; then whoever stepped in first, after the stirring of the water, was made well of whatever disease he had.” When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to be made well?””
‭‭John‬ ‭5:4,6‬ ‭NKJV

Bethesda means House of Mercy. If that is so, how can mercy be shown only to the one who steps in first in order to get his healing? Because, without contradiction, mercy is necessarily shown to ALL , especially to the least, the lost and the last.

Obviously, God being presented very poorly and shabbily by the clergy to the people is the reason.No wonder many prefer not to seek Him. More sadly, even when God wills to heal, we give Him reasons why we are not getting healed. We also disqualify other people from receiving because of our poor knowledge of God.

Jesus came to restore the true image of God. He came to the least, the lowest , the lost and the last. That’s Gospel! He also redefined the meaning of Bethesda – House of Mercy.

My beloved , the Lord Jesus is still waiting for you to be healed and restored today. His question today is still the same – “Do you want to be made well ?”
