Christ your Glory !!

“Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭2:3-4‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Our tongue is our glory . Our tongue has the ability to make or to break . Our tongue is God’s wealth. Sadly, we use the same not in a productive way not in a constructive way . Rather, most of the time, we speak very naturally and negatively. We either look at the present circumstances or reflect upon the woeful past and give voice to them. Alas, the choking past & the shaking present leaves one hopeless about the future.

Apostle James said, “ For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body.” James‬ ‭3:2‬ ‭‬‬
This means that our tongue controls the whole body & our life. Therefore, the righteous chooses his words carefully.
The Holy Spirit was sent to bring the needed speech therapy for our impediments . When He came , they BEGAN to speak with other tongues . They BEGAN to speak a new language …..the language that ushered in health , well being , peace , prosperity , progress and so on . Even today the Lord Jesus who poured out the Holy Spirit, wishes to fill you with the Holy Spirit and cause you to speak this God-given creative, constructive , consoling ,caring and commanding language. Convert your aspirations into Spirit’s achievements by speaking in this heavenly language. Keep confessing continuously that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Amen 🙏

“And when this sound occurred, the multitude came together, and were confused, because everyone heard them speak in his own language. Then they were all amazed and marveled, saying to one another, “Look, are not all these who speak Galileans?”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭2:6-7‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Speaking in Tongues is the gift of the Holy Spirit. This is not a privilege for just a few or some but to all who believe in the finished work of Jesus on the cross, for the redemption of all mankind. He was put to death for mankind and as mankind. He was publicly shamed, ridiculed and crucified. But God raised Him from the dead and sent forth the Holy Spirit . This was publicly demonstrated to the amazement of all.

My dearly beloved , if you have gone through shame , blame or ridicule , know for sure , this same God will send His Holy Spirit to give you a name in the very place of your shame.

Aspire to speak in the God given language . You will be transformed into a different person by confessing that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus bringing you into this heavenly experience. Gift of speaking in tongues is speaking His glory . Amen 🙏

“And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭2:2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

This word “Suddenly” has made a lot of spiritual significance to me over the last two decades . I remember the first time I preached that “God’s visitation will be so sudden that it will zap you “…. a young unemployed man with his family, experienced this as a living reality . Suddenly , he received a call from singapore and was immediately placed in a beautiful job to the utter amazement of everyone.

My beloved , let me prophesy over you today! “Your set time of visitation of the Holy Spirit has come . Suddenly you will experience your long cherished dream coming to fruition.” What are you expecting ? Suddenly it will come to pass …..any moment from now !
God has reminded me once again that His visitation will be SUDDENLY. Get ready!

Continue your confession that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus and experience a sudden touch from the Holy Spirit this week . Please do share your testimony when this happens . Amen 🙏

“When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭2:1, 4‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The Pentecost was one of the seven feasts of the Israel . It is the 50th day from the day of resurrection.
The first Pentecost took place at Mt. Sinai when the children of Israel received the 10 commandments ( which is called the Law) through Moses.
However , this Pentecost ( Acts 2 ) ushered in the most precious gift of the Lord Jesus – The Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit was sent NOT to give a new set of rules BUT to give a new tongue , a new language . This divine language is to speak forth just like the way God speaks . A language to bless and not to curse . A language that can bring into existence ( reality) what you wish to see– Health , prosperity , well being, peace, restoration and so on
My beloved , keep declaring that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Thereby, receive the Holy Spirit and speak in tongues ( The God given heavenly language ).

This is one of the most glorious moments in the history of mankind ….the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. This was the first time men received the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues. ‘Other tongues’ means speaking other languages without being taught before . This is amazing !

Fluently speaking a language for the first time, without being taught before, can only be a sovereign act of God. God didn’t force the people in the upper room but He influenced them to speak in Tongues.

These believers of Christ became the citizens of Heaven to receive and experience God -the Holy Spirit.
They received the Holy Spirit because they believed that they are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus being washed by His blood.
If you believe by confessing that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, you will surely experience the palpable presence of God- the Holy Spirit. Don’t stop confessing , just keep doing it throughout this week.

“And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.”
‭‭John‬ ‭1:14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

When the Word of God became flesh , it was full of the glory of God . The Word that is intangible became tangible . This talks of Jesus . He is the Word of God in His Pre-incarnate state . He became human – sinless , pure and perfect . The greatest gift God gave to mankind was Jesus -full of the glory of God

My beloved , even so , all that God has promised to you will manifest for you to behold with your eyes – His glorious power. Amen 🙏
As you come to the end of another week , the Lord will turn your captivity into freedom , your sorrows into joy . Rejoice! Keep confessing that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus!

“For Moses writes about the righteousness which is of the law, “The man who does those things shall live by them.” But the righteousness of faith speaks in this way, “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ ” (that is, to bring Christ down from above )”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭10:5-6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

God kind of Righteousness is always received by faith and acted upon by speaking .
Under the law of moses , the righteousness was attained by doing / keeping all the commandments . No man could ever keep all the commandments at all times .

Only the Lord Jesus kept all the commandments of God all the time . He obeyed all the the commandments completely on behalf & gave His righteousness to us.
Therefore, the righteousness of God is a gift to us and is to be received not attained.

Today , we simply speak forth what we already are because He has done it all on our behalf . We are the righteousness of God because of Christ .
His righteousness is our glory !

“And Jesus answering saith to them, ‘Have faith of God; for verily I say to you, that whoever may say to this mount, Be taken up, and be cast into the sea, and may not doubt in his heart, but may believe that the things that he saith do come to pass, it shall be to him whatever he may say.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭11:22-23‬ ‭YLT98‬‬

Here is our Great Lord Jesus restoring to mankind the glory of God , which he had lost once upon a time . That’s the glory which speaks into existence whatever man wishes.
The faith of God speaks to the problem with authority – God given authority.

We are made in God’s own image, having His very own DNA in us. This has given us the ability to speak forth just the way God Himself speaks ( “who…calls those things which do not exist as though they did;” Romans‬ ‭4:17‬ ‭).

Our Lord Jesus wants you to speak to your problem to be uprooted and be cast out .
Yes, my beloved , speak as a victor , speak with boldness & authority, because you are His own child.

If you have any doubt , immediately speak that you are righteousness of God in Christ Jesus . Repeat this confession over & over again and you will experience faith rising from within you. This faith is from God who has all the power in the universe to overcome any challenge of life . Amen !

“Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices; My flesh also will rest in hope.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭16:9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
“Therefore my heart rejoiced, and my tongue was glad; Moreover my flesh also will rest in hope.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭2:26‬ ‭NKJV‬

Let’s look at the above verses closely. One is from the Old Testament and another from the New Testament. However, both are the same in content. If you carefully look at these you will notice one explaining the other.
Look at these words “ my glory “ and “my tongue “ , they convey the meaning that my tongue is my glory. In other words , God has set my tongue to bring forth His glory, honor and high esteem . No doubt ,King Solomon the wise said, “ death and life are in the power of the tongue “ ( Proverb 18:21). Yes!

Does your tongue need healing ? Do the words that proceed out of your mouth produce encouragement or enticement or encroachment or enslavement?
The sure way of healing for your tongue is to confess that you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus . Sooner or later you will see how radically your life has been transformed !

Christ’s Righteousness is the sure speech therapy ! Amen 🙏

““For then I will restore to the peoples a pure language, That they all may call on the name of the LORD, To serve Him with one accord.”
‭‭Zephaniah‬ ‭3:9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

God has set our tongue as a powerful tool in our body to speak forth the creative power of God.

Sadly , man lost this power when he yielded his tongue to eat of the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil. This made man a victim whereas God had created him a victor & it broke the heart of God.

However , God went ahead with His redemptive plan to restore man with a pure language that restores the creative power back to him. The Lord fulfilled this restoration plan by shedding his blood for us which rendered us the right standing with God . That is why we confess that We are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.

My beloved, when we confess so , God releases His resurrection power in our lives and we are transformed from glory to glory .
This week , we will surely experience His amazing glory in our lives. Amen 🙏
